This hotel in no way should be called a 5 4 or 3 star. It’s rundown dated. We paid for a king and come in to a double. The hotel staff comes in slides beds together and arranges the double bed linen to stretch over both mattresses by overlapping them a joke. No dual pane windows so you can hear beep beep beep beep all night long or the dogs parking from kennel of golden retrievers on roof top of next building over. The scenery looked like we’re in some sci-fi movie of apocalypse. The elevators didn’t work I sat on the tenth floor for approximately 12 minutes waiting for it to come. So preceded to take stairs which also the storage closet. There boxes of old travel guides and other books and lamps miscellaneous items on the landings. The concierge service were crooks I ask for help Giza tour he told me it was 60 usd to go to just Giza per person. I asked him about the others Memphis Saqara he said those were to far. I ended using Viator and getting all three and lunch for 60 usd. I also inquired about the Nile cruise the concierge service told me if I book the trip with them first the tour guide would be able help me with the Nile cruise once we are out on the Tour.... I guess I looked like stupid American... FOH not me ever. Once again I went back Viator and book a 4 day 3 night Nile cruise with airfare and transportation from hotel to airport with guide operated by Deluxe Tours. Just be sure to ask about what ship your on, ask for pictures. Ok back to Pyraleeza Suites the food in both restaurants were ok I’d give it a 4 and breakfast 3.5 and maybe a little harsh just because there wasn’t any vegan or vegetarian options really. I didn’t book this my wife did but looking at $70 USd cost per night I can only say you get what you pay for because this was definitely a very tall motel 8.…
This hotel has been recently refurbished and everything worked and looked good. Staff were helpful. Good breakfast. Reasonably sized room and comfy bed. Bathroom clean and not too small.ATM very near by.
Very good hotel near from city center . Good helpful staff great breakfast . The room was great except the view but it was a great family room . The parking isn’t owned by the hotel so if you have a car you’re going to pay a daily rate for it
I was disappointed in this hotel. I arranged an airport transfer through them that did show. When I finally arrived at the hotel to meet the friend who booked the hotel, I was informed she was told at check in that she had to pay for my transfer then. I tried to clear this up every day of my week stay to no avail. This was November and I have emailed them three times since, again to no avail. There is no way this is a five star hotel. It was more than dirty, bordering on filthy. The air duct vents were black, what were we breathing?! When in the shower, if I ran my finger down the tiles it was black. I won't complain about the food, it was okay, but when the kitchen door was open, I could see garbage on the floor up next to the counters. It was a disappointment.
We stayed one night at the Pyramisa Suites Hotel and paid around 100 USD. We were very disappointed with the quality of the hotel. First when we used the toilet at the lobby all the floors were wet and dirty. Then we saw that the walls and decor were all run down. Looks like the hotel was last renovated 30 years ago. In the shower there was no hot water and the television didn't work. Definitely doesn't deserve 5 stars and such a price.
