It all depend on your budget.
Meridian is closer to the pyramids and sphinx but we are talking about 1.5 km, not far at all.
Just insist on the renovated rooms.

Prepare a plan because in Egypt especially Cairo, there are lots of things need to be seen especially the Egyptian museum.
