I booked a superior room with views to the pyramids and gave me a room with views to the air conditioning machine (see pictures attached). When I complained, they offered me a discount for the room with no views - which I accepted because it was 11PM and the pyramids were not illuminated. I wonder how many people ho to this hotel because they booked a room with views to the pyramids and then get another one. If I had known, I would have booked another hotel. Cheating.

Very good hotel according price range. Staff is very friendly and professional, all speaks English, they suggest you free transfer from airport and tours to Pyramids and city. Tours are expensive if you consider at Giza pyramids you will be ask an extra 100usd to go around in a horse. Better organize your own. Take an uber to Pyramids and after ask guide to bring you with horse in a tour: small medium or big up to you. WiFi in rooms works averagely. Better to have your own 3g. Hot water and pressure in shower are good, rooms are neat and clean. Breakfast is delicious and simple.

Room Tip: Tours from hotel are expensive. Everyone wants to trick you. Buy your own sim card. Use uber taxi...

We stayed one night as we came to visit the pyramids. It's a clean hotel not far from the pyramids. The room had a fully functioning AC and TV. I asked the hotel before arrival if the balcony adversited was a private balcony and if people could see us I was informed no, that was not the case. There is not a complete wall better one balcony and the next I could see the inside of the hotel room next door to me as their door was open and they can see me sitting in the balcony. You are offered free breakfast but it is so basic two slices of bread one boiled egg, yogurt and a small bread spread and a slice of pepperoni.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel organised a free hotel transfer which made life easy and we were welcomed like family. We felt very comfortable, especially with the memory foam pillows, it was clean and there was always a big selection for breakfast. Without a doubt the best thing was the views as you overlook the pyramids. We would definitely come back!

This unsuspecting hotel on a busy street is a hidden gem amongst the hustle and bustle of Giza. It's well placed in an excellent location(pyramids in front of your room, Carrefour a few minutes walk down the street, easy collection point for Uber), friendly hotel staff willing to go the extra mile, free Hotel WiFi and a hearty traditional Egyptian breakfast. The room itself was exceptional- the pictures on the website does not do enough justice to the layout, large bathroom with a shower, refrigerator with a safe in the closet, lovely queensize bed and that amazing view of the pyramids to wake up to. Furthermore the staircase up to the restaurant is right next to the room's balcony for easy access. Communication with the staff was beyond expectation, the team even arranged for a complimentary transfer from Cairo International to the hotel. After a lengthy flight from South Africa, the friendly face waiting with Pyramids Eyes Signage was immensely calming particularly after having several local taxi drivers overwhelm us with their demands to travel with them! An early check in was offered free of charge and the team even looked after our bags well after we checked out. In terms of COVID regulations the Pyramids Eyes team took every step to follow International regulations. Sayed, Mahmoud and the rest of the team made our first stay in Egypt truly magical. They ensured that the hotel was truly a home away from home. Grateful for hosting us during the pandemic!
