My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 8 nights. Everything was perfect. Front desk helped arrange daily tours as well as an overnight stay in Luxor. Anything we needed was provided promptly and professionally. We would reccomend this location to anyone visiting the area. We had a small problem upon checkout not knowing they did not accept American Express. But within 15 minutes the management provided a means to pay with our American Express card. My wife and I travel extensively and we have found no better customer service anywhere. Five star hotels costing 8 to 10 times the cost need to send their employees here for customer service training. We look forward to a future stay and have already promoted the establishment to all our friends and associates

We spent 3 nights at this hotel and occupied 2 rooms. The ideal location to visit the pyramids but quite far from the airport. You can see the pyramids and sphynx from the terrace, and attend the night show while having dinner.
Rooms are simple and clean. Unfortunately, ours didn’t offer any view (windows facing pipes). Room rate is good.
For security reasons, we were surprised to have the electrical boiler inside the shower...
We took 2 day tours with the hotel but prices were quite expensive.

We had a very nice stay at Pyramids Valley Boutique Hotel. We were welcomed by the super friendly Sha'ad who always has a big smile on her face and really does her best to make you feel great! The rooms were clean and modern, the room service was excellent. The restaurant is a little overpriced (charging 35 LE for a Turkish coffee) but it's probably the same in all the hotels in the area.
The breakfast was a good typical Egyptian breakfast, including foul, falafel, fries, omelette..
The view is for sure amazing - from the room balconies as well as the restaurant level you can see two of the pyramids but there is another level on top where you have an amazing view over all three of the pyramids.
All in all we would definitely come back to this hotel!

The rooms I was shown were closets ie: no window. Views of a wall.
The first room had black snow all over the towels and floor of the bathroom
Every cushion in the room and restaurant were badly stained. Dust covered the table tops
It can’t be that expensive to buy slip covers or have them made
In a pandemic it matters
Few masks worn
But the view is the best

Very friendly staff and clean rooms with wonderful views. Prices are very reasonable for what you get and the view from the upstairs cafe is what you want when you stay in Giza. Good internet, nice A/C, and a great breakfast included. I will definitively be coming back when I visit Giza again.

After a long and late trip from Aswan to Cairo, we confused this hotel with the one we actually booked. The desk clerk let us use the WiFi to confirm which hotel we were staying at and gave us directions to that hotel. In our haste to get to the hotel we booked, we left a bag with a wallet full of cash in it. We showed up the next morning and found that they were holding the bag for us—we thought we dropped it on the road and it was lost forever. We couldn’t have been happier with their help! This was one of the two best hotels adjacent to the Pyramids and a super convenient short walk to the box office, this would be our choice should we revisit the neighborhood!

We booked a room at this hotel through their website (not expedia, not booking...) back in November 2021 for our honeymoon in June 2022. Booked a room with a balcony since the only reason we were staying in Giza was to see the Pyramids. We arrived and the people at the desk tried to say we booked through a 3rd party website and they didn't have our room. I pulled up my reservation and the girl working the desk whispered "oh that is our website booking" like she thought we were lying. The man working the front desk was just like "well sorry we don't have a room I don't know what to tell you". So the girl at the desk starts asking what we're doing while visiting and we say we have a tour already booked and she got very defensive that we didn't book one through their hotel, asking why we were only going to the Pyramids, why we weren't going to any museums or doing anything else, why would we come just to see the Pyramids. Very rude and pushy. So the manager comes down and says he has a room for us on the top floor by the rooftop area that we could look at. So we go up to look at it, and it didn't even have any windows. I booked a room with a balcony and they tried to put us in a room with no windows. Absolutely unacceptable. The only good thing from this hotel was the nice young man who went running around to hotels close by to find us a room with a balcony like we had booked at this hotel. He came back and had found one, and even took pictures and a video of the room to show us before walking us and our luggage over to the new hotel. He's the only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars, for his kindness when the other staff were very rude and didn't acknowledge that we had booked a room with them back in November for this trip.

We had a simply amazing three stay from February 10-13th at Pyramid Valley boutique hotel. It was our Wedding Anniversary and my husband, Lawrence, and I arrived to find really welcoming reception staff and the most delicious celebratory chocolate cake waiting for us in our room.
Our room was perfect with views to die for overlooking the Sphynx and the Pyramids. We just sat on the balcony for an hour taking in the view. The room was well equipped with kettle, coffee, tea, very comfortable bed and a decent shower with plenty of hot water.
The restaurant was on the roof with show stopping vies of the pyramids and perfect for watching the sound and light show.
The menu was varied and very good. There were welcome heaters and blankets for the desert evenings and we sat there for hours.
It was easy to arrange transport to different archaeological sites and the costs were very reasonable.
The staff really went out of their way to help us and they were always cheerful and smiling. We will definitely come back and stay here again when the new Cairo museum opens this year.
A big thank you to the staff for making our Wedding Anniversary so memorable.

Pyramids Valley Hotel offers the best price, location, and breakfast! I was amazed at the hotel's actual close proximity to the pyramids (a very short walk). You know, you can't always believe the reviews on social media-LOL! My friends and I enjoyed eating dinner on the terrace while watching the light show on the pyramids and Sphinx. It truly was everything we dreamed of.The staff at Pyramids Valley was so accommodating. They provided great professional and flexible services while attending to our changing needs.
Breakfast was great, dinners were delicious, and the hospitality of the staff was excellent! Our rooms were clean and comfortable. After 12 hours of touring, it was great to relax shower and put our feet up. Cable and wi-fi were on point.
Thank You Hotel Pyramids Valley for your Hospitality!

This was the first and the last hotel we stayed in during our 8 day trip throughout Egypt. The staff were friendly, helpful, and appreciative of little things, like wishing them, "Ramadan Kareem" during the season. Food was great and there was good variety. Rooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. We had a room with a balcony and the view of the sphinx and pyramids is just stunning. You can even watch the night show from your room (if you have a balcony) or the roof-top restaurant. I agree with another reviewer that the local stray dogs are loud at night but they tend to calm down after a little bit. My only other complaint was that the WiFi was a little spotty. Yes, I would stay here again.
