We stayed here for 3 nights and couldn’t have faulted it. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, the restaurant food was really tasty and the menu offered so much choice. But the highlight had to be the location due to its rooftop terrace, the views from the rooftop were absolutely amazing. Each evening we enjoyed the light and sound show while having our evening meal or a few sociable drinks with other guests and we had the incredible pyramids to gaze at, all lit up different colours.

The good…
Staff on the front desk are super friendly. Very helpful. Very happy to help with travel, tours and aways welcome you back with a smile and a chat after a trip out. Fantastic view of the pyramids, with a roof top terrace where. you can sit at any time of the day, with no pressure to buy drinks. Very close to the entrance to the pyramids.
Free taxi from the airport. Easily found the driver on arrival.
It’s a cheap place to stay.
The not so good…
The hotel is in a back alley, along side where the horses are stabled for the evening. We were there in February so the smell wasn’t to bad. But the horses run freely in the evening so it can be a bit nervy getting past them sometimes.
Breakfast was basic.
Mediocre. No orange juice included just tea or coffee.
Hotel room isn’t to clean. Shower door missing. Sheets were clean but top quilts were dirty and stained. Very unappealing!
It could all do with a good scrub. We did have a view of the pyramids but directly outside the window is a lot of debris, dirt and rubbish.
At around 5.30 the local roaster starts to crow and continues for around an hour on and off.

We were given an upgrade to a room with views of the pyramids and it was astonishing, so close and to wake up to it, just made the entire visit a plus.
The staff were very hospitable and kind. The room was clean and very spacious. Breakfast included which was very good. Walking distance to the pyramids but few restaurants and establishments.

What is good: the attitude of the staff polite and helpful and the panoramic view of the Pyramid Complex on Giza.
What is bad: 1. the hotel is surrounded with horse stable and pooh is everywhere that the smell was really bad. We wear mask most of the time due to COVID but it became useful too to avoid the smell. 2. The room was dirty. I have to request the housekeeping to replace the beddings in front of us to ensure cleanliness as we have seen hairs in the bed covers. Bathroom was dirty. Refrigerator appeared not been cleaned for days. Shower room is not even covered with curtain. Disposable cups were available but it looks like been recycled, we never used it. In general the place is filthy. 3. Zero adherence to COVID protocol. 4. Airport pick up was really bad, I assumed the hotel hired private car without any information regarding guests.
I am giving this review to create awareness to future guests and also inform the management of the hotel that they are not fair to publish pictures which are not true. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I have a gripe with hotels, especially ones with a manager or owner who works on the front desk who don't allow you an extra couple of hours if the hotel is empty and you've been a good customer. This particular day, it was pouring down, heavy rain out and they actually told us in our reception that if we needed to keep the room until the evening so that we could have a shower after getting back from the pyramids we could do, free of charge - we didn't even have to ask.

Clean and comfortably, breakfast adequate but I can only wholeheartedly recommend.

And the view, for this price!!

This review is based of my experience December 2021. I was so excited to book this hotel for my NYE weekend stay. Im not a luxury traveler so I'm used to staying in small budget hotels. I booked two rooms with pyramid view and airport pickup more than a month in advanced. When I laded, the staff never showed up to pick me up. When I called to see where they were, they stated they didn't know I was coming and couldn't go for me. I said no problem and took a cab. Upon arrival at the hotel, the staff told me that my rooms weren't ready and I would have to wait till the next day to get the Pyramid View rooms that I had booked. They gave us a room with no hot water and only two towels for four people. The next day I asked for my rooms and they kept stating they weren't ready and ignored me completely. We never received any room service, never got the rooms I asked for and they were completely rude to me when I would ask for extra towels. It was so uncomfortable at the NYE dinner because I paid $60 to be there and they didnt even acknowledge me and my family there. After the second night, I asked for a refund for both rooms since they only gave me one, and they didnt want to. They wanted to charge me the two Pyramid Views that I never received. I finally was able to get a partial refund and I left days before my check out. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is an isolated hotel near all the horses used for the pyramids. Theres a strong smell of horse and its hard to navigate from the hotel. This experience really affected my vacation and I wish the staff would've showed that they cared since I waited two years to visit Cairo. What a disappointment.

The worst stay I ever had. I’m surprised the hotel even has positive reviews. I booked a room with city view, please see in the photo the horrible view I had from my window. The window in the room is placed at around 175cm on the wall, so I had to climb on the bed to actually be able to look outside. The hotel was noisy the whole night and I couldn’t sleep at all - there is a constant humming, staff talking and walking around. In the morning the cleaning staff doesn’t bother whether guests are still sleeping, they will start cleaning the vacant rooms making as much noise as possible, hitting things on the wall, dragging furniture and shouting things to each other. The shower support in my room was broken so I had to hold the shower head to be able to shower, and when I mentioned that at check out, I got a dismissive look followed by “ok”. The common areas are all dusty and dirty.
The restaurant where the breakfast is served is also dusty and obviously not cleaned frequently. I got served a half banana for breakfast, a strange omelette and some packed food along with plastic cutlery. I only ate the food that was packed as the rest of the food didn’t seem to be safe to consume.
This is a low budget hotel, but given what’s offered and the service, it is actually pricy. My expectation when booking this place was that I would be able to rest and would have a clean accommodation with an acceptable view. I was not able to rest at this place, it was not clean and even showering was a hassle. The hotel advertises rooms with a decent view, and what I had was a view to what seems to be the area where garbage and old furniture is thrown and forgotten.

The hotel picked us up free of charge even after missing a connection flight.

Views of the pyramids were stunning from both the room and the restaurant and the rooftop

Breakfast was good for the price you pay. With accommodations for if you leave early.

Staff was always pleasant and happy to help

Allowed us to leave out bags the day check and come and collect later at night.

Had champions league football on in the restaurant.

We stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The view of the pyramids is amazing and the staff are really helpful and friendly. It's a great location for visiting the pyramids which the ticket and entrance is less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel. There are also plenty of ATM's and pharmacies close by.

The hotel organised a tour for us, picked us up from the airport and dropped us back to the airport.

The restaurant food is pretty good too.

This was the worst experience i have had. There were no duvet covers on the duvet and when we asked for more pillows they would not give any saying that four is all they give (we were a family of four). On top of that the wifi was not working and we were told on three different occasions that they will look into it but did not bother. There were ants on the toilet roll and a glass pane missing from the shower and a hole with wires exposed in the floor. Breakfast was fruit yogurt and croissant. Although breakfast was at 8 they did offer it earier to accommodate us. However the hotel across us was getting hot food and had breakfast before 7.30 am. There were no windows it felt like we were in a jail. I would spend a little extra for a more updated hotel than look for a hotel close to the pyramids.

Hello, can someone please tell me if the hotel has places around to eat that are close. Thanks.

I stayed 4 or 5 nights front desk ordered in each time, its OK, didn't fancy wandering too far at night, as mentioned KFC about 100.metres away OK, but otherwise not much else, visiting plateau its perfect but not for nightlife or eating out.

Likewise I was in double room with 2 single beds, nothing else to sit on, but I saw chairs in other rooms, I was not too bothered, they do have family rooms but I did not need to check them, however the rooms are large, so putting in an extra bed there is plenty of space, also really depends show long you are staying for. Prior to staying there I emailed the hotel on a point, they are quick to reply quite helpful might be worth a try. Depending on the age of your little ones, there is nothing to do in the evenings in that area, They order in food if you want, I did it 4 nights, also KFC about 100. metres away. The light show from the roof top its FREE. Its also 200.meters away from pedestrian Giza plateau entrance.

Around it or in it are all the camels and horses :). Smell might not be very nice, but it’s worth it because you will see camels around all the time.
