Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I stayed in this Hotel from November 4th to 9th this year as part of a conference group. The Hotel is beyond all comparison the worst I ever stayed in over 30 years as a traveller. The rooms and public areas are alike filthy, and the food inedible greasy and disgusting. Despite asking to be moved 3 times, none of the rooms I was offered contained a working WC or hot water. The electricity supply repeatedly failed during our stay, There was exposed wiring in the corridors. The surrounding streets were infested with rats.

Quite simply, an experience I would not wish on my worst enemy. I have stayed in Egypt on several previous occasions, including twice in hotels in Gizah, and can report that there are excellent, friendly, clean and well-run hotels to be found in this part of Cairo - but the Nile King Hotel abysmally failed every possible basic test. of a Hotel
