The place located in Zamalek which is one of the most beautiful areas in Cairo (but the location of the hotel is not .. very noisy outside & can't open windows & no views at all) Rooms are clean, breakfast was ok. For a 3 Stars Hotel it's expensive (60$ per night) they serve nothing deserves that! & When i asked for a boiler I've been told i must move to another room with extra 15$ per night! & This other room was nothing different of mine!! So, 15$ for a boiler is too much .. i bought one for less than 4$ guys. & The worst ever were the guys in Reception!! I don't know if they are naturally like that or i got this bad attitude of them because I'm a Muslim Egyptian!! i hope it's not a kind of Racism because that's what i felt especially they were smiling to each one else (ladies got so many welcomes & kind attitude) In General, after 2 nights, i don't recommend it all..

Lovely hotel with British / French style. Well organized and clean room and facilities except for the bathtub seems a bit unclean. But in general it’s a great room and fair value for the money spent. Location is also quite convenient. I enjoy my stay there. If they want to improve or attract more guests, perhaps the reception and manager can be more welcoming or friendly. But that didn’t bother me too much.

An affordable place to stay in upmarket Zamalek. The hotel is quiet and comfortable in a traditional, slightly old fashioned way. Very clean. Excellent buffet breakfast. Zamalek is a nice area with lots of cafes and restaurants and is less crowded than downtown.

Amazing hospitality among the staff. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and even made us to-go bag breakfast on days we had early tours and missed the hotel breakfast. The pyramid view from the rooftop was beautiful! We would definitely recommend!

The pictures in the website are deceiving at best. It was nothing like it showed in Booking.com and we were in for a big surprise. It looks shady and more like an hourly hotel. It's not even that cheap to be this bad. I'd advise anyone to save themselves the trouble and book in a more decent hotel for a couple more bucks. The furniture were totally devastated and in absolute poor condition. They have plasters around them to keep them from falling apart. The rooms are claustrophobic and look very shady. The smell gave me a coughing fit that lingered on for the whole day. I found bugs crawling on the walls and creeping under the bed. It is in a very poor neighborhood so the view is that of broken buildings and trash in general. Very simple amenities of a hotel are non-existent such as a safe or a proper door. I had to keep close to my value items out of a sense of lack of security. The air conditioner was malfunctioning, and I couldn't get a single minute's sleep. I've never had a sleepless 24-Hour before this experience. If I would have known the truth about this place, I would not have paid a penny for it. They charged us for seven nights, but we escaped the next day and no amount was refunded. We demand a refund for the remainder of the nights that we did NOT stay.
