Although we had a week long reservation here, we only stayed for 2 nights. Although it was COVID time, it was hard to believe as very few quests wore mask and it was extremely crowded in all spaces of the hotel. It was also very noisy both inside and out. We expect chaos in Cairo but not inside the hotel. The St Regis is a much nicer hotel stay for the money!
If you are looking for a smoke hotel, this is for you ! I lived inside 25 days for a buisness trip Smoke in each restaurant, smoke in lobby, smoke in each floor, smoke in bedrooms... Even for smokers, it could becomes a nightmare The noise around the hotel ? 24h/24 You should be aware about that and adapt your decision Best point : the breakfast with multiple choices

Our stay at The Nile Ritz-Carlton was incredible the entire time that we were there. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and in so many ways the management and staff teams made us feel special. The front desk team made us feel welcome taking care of any needs during our stay. We are thankful to Front Office Manager Bassem Milad for all his assistance throughout our stay. The room overlooking the Nile with a balcony on the 3rd floor was breathtaking! We don't typically eat at the restaurants at the hotels where we stay, but decided to give a couple of the on property restaurants (VIVO and NOX) a try and were so completely blown away by the quality of food and the impeccable and warm service that we received. Should our travels bring us back to Egypt again we will definitely be staying at The Nile Ritz-Carlton.…
While there is a certain level of quality and service you expect at any Ritz Carlton, I never expected the level of service and personal kindness that was received from every member of the staff, from the General Manager, Joe Ghayad, Baasem Milad, the Front Office Manager, Amed Mohammed Ali, his assistant office manager, to the front doorman, bell staff and housekeeping. Everyone, without exception , made a personal effort to ensure every aspect of our stay was exceptional. But I cannot write this review without mentioning Walid on the Concierge team. In this time of covid and with all of the travel challenges and restrictions, he worked with me for almost two months to make our stay a special memory. So, if you want an extraordinary experience overlooking the Nile River with the pyramids in the distance, and exceptional service then you need not look any where else to stay.…
