We were a family with two kids. Positives: The hotel's location is great near to Cairo Festival City. The room was good, big and clean and equipped with the normal facilities. The view was good on the ring road. The staff was friendly and cooperative. Negatives: The check-in took around 1 hour. It's totally not recommended to visit the Aquapark if your bad luck made your stay in a weekend or public holiday days; the pools of the Aquapark were very dirty, crowded and unorganised which made it impossible to leave my family use it. Hotel's pool (not the Aquapark one) was better and more quiet;however, no rules for using swimming suits; the guests are swimming using there cotton T-shirts. I noticed they are not applying Covid-19 precautions. In general, the hotel is recommended for a family in a quick and short vacation in cairo.…

I was there for 7 days, the Hotel was nice and clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, I don't remember names, but, I think Ranya Guest relation and Hossam Restaurant manger were very professional and helpful, Thank you everyone, the Breakfast open Buffet was great. I recommend this place.

Nice hotel ,advertised as having a bar but does not have one no comfortable lounge to sit in only in the reception area. Due to having two functions going on it was hard to get a drink Food good ,rooms good standard.staff quite helpful.

Will not take much time to explain about this horrible experience. But in a simple words i can highlight the following: - Extremely small room though they told me they upgraded it to deluxe. So how's the standard room size then?!. - very poor room service and housekeeping, i have to call 4 or 5 times to get my request done. _ no bathrobe available, when i asked for one, it took from them more than an hour with 3 calls , and finally they told me the person Incharge will be available after the 15 min. (That was between 8: and 9:00 am). They brought the robe at 11:40 am. - Extremely poor breakfast buffet, just fool and falafel, some cheese. Hot water for the Nescafe, and artificial orange juice. In a more simple words, it can't be called a hotel, I'm wondering how it has 5 stras, one star even is too much for it. Seriously i regret that I'm here and i paid such amount to get this…
