The hotel was in the city centre. The services are average. The staff were helpful and friendly although it took us more than 1h to have our luggage delivered to our rooms. We booked a suite. The rooms were clean and the furniture was very good. The bathrooms and the kitchen need more care and maintenance.

The hotel's carpet smells terrible and the rooms equipments are very old. The entrance is on a very impoverished and a ghetto area. The street to the entrance is very dusty with pumps and terrible noise

The experience was good, it is obvious that tourism has really gone down in the last years, because I was in a huge room and the building felt a bit empty, and only a few people for breakfast in such a big hotel. At the same time maybe that was a good thing because the hotel restaurant, pool, lift and...

We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite overlooking the Nile. The suite was very comfortable. There was a study which was a nice addition. The suite also had a full kitchen. Although we did not cook during our stay, it was nice to have a microwave and a full size refrigerator. The Nile view was wonderful. The staff was excellent....

To say that the rooms are spacious is an understatement. There's enough space for the kids to run around. The large balcony is also a plus. The decor is a little dated, but pleasant enough. The staff is friendly helpful and the service is efficient.

“Get a high floor room to have a more quiet stay, and a better view of the city. The rooms are very large (ours was 2000+ sq. feet). If you want good local (cheap/delicious) Egyptian food, as the desk to take you to some of the more local restaurants that are sort of hidden (at least to tourists) behind the hotel!”
