I had my first family trip including my 1-year-old daughter The rooms were very spacious and amazing The cons of our stay: - The Rooms needs deep cleaning as there were many things we say - The furniture is somehow outdated but we don't have any concern
I highly recommend this marvellous hotel, not only because of the amazing and location but also because of the management, who absolutely succeeded and understood the meaning of best and high hospitality. Specially thanks To beautiful Ms. Amira Abdelgani Guest relation manager special thanks for her ,she was so helpful, always smiling ! I was upgraded to Royal Nile View suite for free, many thanks. The suite was huge enough suitable for a family. The breakfast was awesome and delivered to my suite everyday , everything I wished was there immediately ! We were treated like king and queen ! We would not hesitate to recommend Hilton Cairo World Trade Center. The staff, facilities and hospitality are without exception or comparison. Loved it and hope to visit again one day…
Friendly and smiling staff. Excellent service and maintenance. Rooms with beautiful views of the Nile, high floor. Fast free Wi-Fi. Food delivery was accompanied to the room itself. The most pleasant experience of this hotel, I recommend to everyone!
Quick check in and upgrade to royal suite 27th floor, overlooking the Nile with a wonderful view. The suite includes 2 bedrooms,2bathrooms, large seating and dining area And a kitchen. Very helpful and friendly staff. Of course I highly recommend this hotel. I would like to thank Hilton management and all the staff, specially reception and restaurant's staff for their high quality standard of service.
Starting from from the front desk - Amira - everything went extremely well. We were upgraded to a Regent suite with fantastic 25th floor view on the Nile, 2 bedrooms, one cabinet and a specious reception area, and we have received few people there very successfully. Room service has served us on a last day of stay an Egyptian breakfast with foul, falafel, gibna, fruit salad and strong enough coffee. We have extended our stay for another one day with an interval of a few days and were given the same suite. Central location gives easy access to many attractions: Egyptian Museum, Nile cruise boats, feluccas, etc. Just wonderful!
