The ambience is peaceful and relaxed, the staff helpful and courteous and there are plants at every turn. Outside the rooms bookshelves have been placed on the landings, filled with books for the guests, The room itself was quiet and comfortable (the hotel is on the 5th floor so you take a lift/elevator. but then I walked up the stairs...

This "boutiquish" hotel is well placed for diving into Kairo's cultural life during a weekend trip. The friendly staff and dedicated owner made us feel very welcome and gave good advice on how best to negotiate the city. Special honors to the breakfast!

The perfect base from which to explore the real Cairo, this charming hotel is a wonderful alternative to the impersonal chain hotels that seem to dominate thanks to its personal feel and echoes of Egypt's rich past. Its Zamalek location makes it perfectly situated for those who like to explore the city on foot and despite the buzzing street life...

Stay Was Subject To A Rip-Off This hotel was $88/night, which is substantially more than the real value. There were various things, bigger and smaller, that I could complain about concerning the material comforts and assistance provided by the hotel itself, but those are all forgivable and beside the point to me. I am only bothering to write a negative...

This is an excellent hotel with some old-school charm. The rooms are lovely and well appointed, and the service is really excellent. The location would be impossible to beat – it was close to so many things I wanted to go to (like Zooba cafe). I'll definitely be staying there next time I go to Cairo.

Located in Zamalek it is a good quiet base to explore Cairo. The hotel is on 2 floors and each room seems to be decorated differently. Some rooms are modern and in others the furniture is dark wood. They all appear to be recently renovated. It was clean and well maintained. Good free wi-fi although it did keep dropping and...

The airport pick-up was smooth, staff at the hotel very friendly and professional. The room was perfect, and Hebba went out of her way to ensure you felt welcome with her authentic, heart-felt hospitality. I was on a business trip and greatly valued returning to the calm, beautifully furnished hotel every evening to relax on one of the terraces. Can't...

The Hotel organized the taxi from Cairo International at 2:00am. Located near the Austrian Commercial Trade Org in a quite part in downtown Cairo. individual room designs -- large rooms with plenty of space. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff and so on and so forth. Nice terrace, nice guests (artists and actors, fine business people, ...)

As the elevator slowly carried me to the 5th floor, I wondered if maybe I had made a mistake. Once arrived, the warm greeting, warm hospitality, and lovely room with a hidden terrace, shaded and inviting dispelled any first impressions. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, and Hebba, the owner, delightfully charming. She provided me with some excellent suggestions...

I have the pleasure to stay in one of the most outstanding places in whole Cairo. But what makes the place so special and adorable? In my view it's the heart the owner of this place puts into it. You find this fine taste in almost each little corner of the property, with love for the details. Off course it's...
