The staff treated us poorly, the manager was making faces at us and the receptionist as well, they used information from our national ID and publicly disclosed it to mock our birthplace, they called us names, the supposed manager even raised his hand at my friend as if he was going to physically engage with us in a fight?? that is not acceptable and i have reported this to the authorities. Everything is recorded on their cameras date 23rd Feb at 3:45 PM Egypt time, this all started simply because we asked to speak to a manager because the receptionist was giving us attitude but obviously the manager was even worse, i would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Terrible staff terrible manager they used our ID residence to literally call us "low class" they were mocking us (making faces as if they're copying us) front desk operator hanging up on us, they keep calling every two minutes and knocking on our door asking us for the checkout money???? very dirty room and furniture, tv, mini bar were not working, bathroom was disgusting. no way you can complain cause the manager himself is treating us really badly. would not ever recommend.

We came here during covid, so of course there were some things that were different than usually, like the restaurants (only one working and very empty) and no spa. BUT: the guards in front of the hotel control every taxi or guide that comes to pick you up, they check where he wants to take you and they are always there to help. N. from guest relations was an adorable woman who helped us with a lot of tours and gave us presents, she made sure we’re happy every day. In the evening, there was cake, water and fruits waiting for us in our cleaned room. The hotel is near everything and it has a nice view on the Nile river but also on the pyramids! The food in the restaurant is delicious!! I would come back to this hotel for a future visit.

We stayed for 5 nights and everything was okay, except with the bathroom constantly flooding while taking a shower. The room is kinda old, and I think the phone is broken. I am trying to call the front desk but when I press the number it's not the front desk and they had to redirect me. Also received a random call so the phone was definitely messed up.
