Awful. Dirty. Also don't book a tour through the manager Amr. Tour guide will rush you through everything in order to take you to shops to get commissions and then dump you at the pyramids, leave you there for only one hour on your own so that you can't see much. And after ruining the pyramid experience will at the end will ask for a tip.

This hotel is a cheap choice in downtown Cairo, with friendly staff. But this is where its positive aspects end... The rooms are ultra small, barely accomodating two people and the cleanliness is mediocre so to say (some cockroaches here and there). The bathroom is the greatest weakness, as the shower head is ceiling-mounted and the water falls free on the floor without a marble curb to contain it! The room service only provides one pair of towels for two people. The breakfast is quite poor as well, with its only vantage being the tasty loaves of bread...
