Five Star service from a 5 star hotel as usual. My stay at Kempinski Nile Hotel Cairo was beyond my expectations, the upgrade was on point and the security too. From getting off the car to the room, I see Smiles all the way, Mohammed at the Concierge and let me not forget Amr were exceptional so are the rest. Dont miss the breakfast at the Blue! Thank you Amani for introducing me to Guava with Ginger and lovely service from Mounir and Hassan. I will definitely recommend this Hotel.

I’m blessed that I get to travel to many to parts of the world due to my job and have the pleasure of staying at amazing hotels all over . The Kempinski Nile is easily one of the best stays . We love it here !! Even my kids don’t want to leave. The service is a top notch. We couldn’t ask for more . Our butler, is amazing . They checked on us every day to make sure we are taken care of . Very friendly and caring. The breakfast staffs always great us with smile and remember what my family like mina and Mariem . The front desk ladies are very helpful. Ms Yasmin she is super friendly. we had an issue with our AC on our second night . She came to apologize and made sure it’s taken care of so we can have a good night sleep for the rest of our stay .
