I stayed for about a week there and really find staff very friendly. The manager is also very helpful. Internet is available in lobby and in some rooms as well.

I did not choose to stay here. Actually I booked through Agoda at another place, but when I got there they said they had no room and moved me here, involuntarily. This is a scary, scary place. Like other reviewers, the room is old and dirty. Mine did not come with any towels in the bathroom (and I probably wouldn't... More

First I want to say that the staff here was extremely helpful and friendly. They helped me with many things everyday, gave directions, even gave me free tea and juice when I was hanging out in the lobby. The housekeeper was a sweet woman who was very respectful of privacy and did not clean my room (I requested to have... More

Unfortunately we red reviews on hostelworld.com and not here. There the hotel received much better grating that was in fact far away from reality. Do not expect that they provide pick up service as promised on the web site. Instead they claim that you missed the driver waiting for you. Yes, laying is their strongest service. Be aware while paying,... More

The photos advertised by this hotel, are nothing like the real thing, if fact I told the manager I was sure he had taken pics of another hotel. I arrived about 4am only to be barked at I must pay in cash, they don't deal with any cards even though I had reserved by credit card. The porter escorted me... More

When you enter the hotel the lobby looks good and the staff seems friendly. But once you get in your room disappointment begins. Dirty old carpet floors, everywhere wires from the walls, sockets don't work, relatively clean sheets that are way to short to protect you from the dirty old matrasses and blankets. The staff wants to keep your passports... More

We arrived in Cairo at 8PM. I wanted to make sure I have a hotel room waiting for us, so I pre-booked my hotel using Orbitz. Apparently, in order to reserve this hotel online, we needed to pay in advance, and I did, booking one or two nights. So basically this hotel was prepaid. When we walked into the hotel... More
