We had very nice experience in Hilton Heliopolis starting from reservation until checkout. I am diamond Member with Hilton, and I stayed in hotel during Eid Holiday for 10 days. The hotel has nice facilities, The rooms were clean and well maintained. I wanted to highlight few good incidents which shows Hilton Heliopolis care for guests. While it was busy time for the hotel during Eid holiday, Ms. Lourine and Mr. Mohamed from Front Desk has contacted me and did there best to honor my Diamond status and provide an upgrade, where they promised to provide the upgrade in 3 days, and they kept their promise and provided the upgrade after 3 days. Ms. Lourine has continuously contacted us to check if our stay is going well. She was very friendly and professional and have handled all our requests until we checked out of the Hotel. We had the chance also to deal with Ms. Sarah, the guest relation manager to handle an incident, she was very nice and professional and have provided us with many options for our request. One time my wife forgot a notebook and contacted the front desk to ask about it, The duty manager has taken the matter seriously and he proactively searched many places by himself, we luckly found the notebook at the end. Mr. Emad in the breakfast has always contacted us during breakfast to check if we have any requirements, he also asked us for feedback to improve the breakfast experience. We spend considerable time in the executive lounge, Mr. Mohamed Hassan and Mr. Ahmed has been very responsive to our request with pleasant attitude. Atef and all car park team were also helpful and did their best to accommodate us and find places for car. Overall, the experience in Hilton Heliopolis were very nice inline with our good experience with Hilton in other global locations. …
If you are looking for a hotel in Cairo, you have just arrived at the best option. Hilton Cairo Heliópolis surpassed all of these expectations. As soon as we arrived, we realized that security is a detail that makes all the difference. All cars are inspected and the bags go through a metal detector and x-ray. When we entered the hotel we understood why all security: surely only the highest authorities stay in this hotel. In fact, more than a hotel, the Hilton Cairo Heliopolis looks like a big conglomerate. During the three nights we were in Cairo, we didn't have to leave the hotel for dinner, because inside the hotel there are Arab, American, Italian, Japanese, Mexican restaurants... and much more... The leisure area is sensational!! The pools are for all tastes, whether for children or adults. In addition, we realized that the hotel is keen to ensure that we are well taken care of at all times. The breakfast was amazing, highlighted by chefs Ahmed and Mohamed who were very friendly preparing our fried eggs and omelets. We love the incredible experience provided by Hilton Cairo Heliopolis. Finally, we are grateful to the helpful hotel concierge team who assisted us with everything we needed, from tours to local activities. On the last day we needed to take the COVID test and the concierge arranged for a doctor to come to our hotel room, making our routine a lot easier. We recommend the hotel without a shadow of a doubt, you will be very well attended! Philippe (@pspelomundo)…
This Hilton is a fascinating place and I highly recommend it. The service was just as impressive as the facility. While checking in, I was greeted by a service agent, Mahmoud Abdel Aziz, who not only delivered my luggage to the room, but provided his card and was always available to answer questions and provide assistance. He helped arrange COVID testing and made sure that everything was in order and on time before I had to be at the airport. When I was running late to pickup the test results at Hilton, he called me to make sure that everything was okay and that I would be able to pickup the test results. His shift ended before I could pickup the test results and he still waited for me. He did not have to wait for me, as there are other employees who can provide the test results. Mahmoud genuinely understands the meaning of customer service. Thank you!…
Excellent service We organise a company event and all was perfect. I stayed also at the hotel and due to their professionalism we decide to make it our business hotel Special thanks Mr Atef at Darts. Very very professional and has good send of service.
The design & views from the hotel are nice although this was massively let down by the quality of food, drinks & the service provided by the staff. We stayed for 5 nights, we had to chase up almost every drink order we placed. Multiple of our orders had to be reordered, after chasing the staff for the drinks, we had to reorder as they had forgotten to place the order. Not once were we offered an apology for our orders being forgotten, we constantly felt very ignored by the staff and looked down upon. On one occasion the staff were all standing watching the football match instead of working when we'd waited over an hour for 3 drinks! There is a 12% service charge added to every order for food & drink, it's reasonable to charge a service charge, providing the service is of a reasonable quality, which it was not. The quality of the food is poor and definitely not of a 5 star standard, we did not have a single nice lunch or dinner meal at the hotel. There are several references online & on signs within the hotel to a shisha lounge at the hotel, we were told that this no longer exists. One of our party was walked in on getting changed by a cleaner after a massage. Considering this is a spa hotel we found this simply shocking. We complained to the staff at check out, the receptionist offered us a refund equating to £3 each, which seemed almost insulting given that we had collectively spent £1400 at the hotel, whilst seeming completely like she didn't care at all about our complaints and stood there with a smirk on her face. Although the concierge staff were generally very helpful and kind, particularly at the help desk where you can order taxis and enquire about things to do in City, if you're thinking of going to Luxor, we would suggest staying elsewhere or visiting the city on a day trip. The service here will dampen your holiday, as it did ours and does not equate to the money and patience we spent at the hotel.…
