Weak points:
- room service is almost nonexistent
- the finishes are very low quality
- internet is bad
- customer service is very low
- price is very high
- noisy because of people screaming outside on the sport field and on the corridors
- no dirks in the room
- the guys from the reception and restaurant can hardly speak English
- swimming pool that you can only use from 9 to 5 but not when women are swimming
I advice them to train the staff on hospitality if they want to achieve the name ( Hotel ) ,,,,,
The place is good for school / small sports teams stay ,,,, and I think it's what's keeping it busy ,,,,
I have no single reason to repeat the stay there ,,,,
Rooms comfortable and clean, food is nice.
I will be there again definitely.

No chance to sleep before 3 am
Internet - WLAN is working only when you stay in front of your hotel-room-door
TV has only few Egyptian channels, all other just snow on the screen
light in bathroom was not working
in the morning at shower I discovered, that they just left the old already used shampoo and body wash bottles in the shower
no towels were in the bathroom
even this is a hotel in Egypt, the guy was asking to get the payment in US$. In EGP he wanted more than what was stated on the booking confirmation. I refused to do so
Beds were very neat, lighting was adorable. Lighting system you could use for several requirements: sleeping, relaxing in front of the TV, Light spots for reading.
The windows are good and sound proof of more than 75 percent.
Didn't try the Wi-Fi although I had the username and password.
