I chose this hotel because it's new and the location is very near Gimpo Airport. We arrived in Seoul on 15th Nov and need to be on an early flight to Jeju on 16th Nov.
It is indeed near and surrounded by construction sites but our International Taxi Driver found the place quite easily.
There's a convenience store just next attached to the hotel and it's also surrounded by restaurants accessible by walking. We found a pretty good fried chicken+beer outlet. The chicken tastes were awesome and service was great!
The hotel lobby isn't very big but presentable. We didn't have much difficulty communicating with the Front Desk staff. When I went into our Deluxe room the design was towards a more conservative design rather than modern. It's like wood and old European style. Though not to some of the travel partners liking. There were 8 of us who booked 4 rooms. Women of all ages! Family & Friends!
But what I like about the room was it has a sliding door in between the Double bed and single bed. But the temperature of the room wasn't adjustable due to the cold weather.
It was also convenient to have a washing machine in the room. Though I didn't use it because it was just for a transit but it would be great for longer stays. It's so cool that they had a some sort like kitchen sink as well with a fridge, kettle, and washing machine. And that section is concealed like a wardrobe.
I do recommended this place for those who are in for a transit. But it's not a place for those who have intentions to go around Seoul City. It's more for those who wish to stay near Gimpo Airport which is 5-10 mins away. Please start your journey early as Koreans do wake up pretty early for work. There are so many cars on the road at 5am! And Gimpo Airport is currently on construction. So massive queue of cars at the entrance.
P.S. it's also a tourist hotel....especially China tourists.

When we checked in at night, the guy checking us in was very friendly. Hotel seems quite new and everything was very modern. Room was nice and spacious for a good price. However, lots of construction is going on in the area. The next morning as we were checking out, the lady was very unfriendly and had quite the attitude for no reason. She was quite reluctant about helping us get a taxi and made the assumption that the taxi was only for me. When i checked out, there was four of us altogether and I even had four of us registered to that room. I don't know how she assumed only one person. Anyways, because of the horrible service from her (there was another guy at the desk with her, who was just as unhelpful and unfriendly), I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed here for two night in May,2016 room is okay specially have washing machine but in the morning very crowded for the lift and breakfast room many group of tourists there in morning time. But in the hotel building have mini mart and restaurant is very convenient.

We got the 3 single room. Room was split into ground and top floor with 1 of the single beds on the top floor. Room included TV's, cupboards, kitchen (including stove), washing machine. Bathroom included Shampoo, conditioner (i think) and body wash. Towels are replaced daily. Location is extremely convenient to the Seoul Metro and local shops. A large shopping mall is just down the road.
However, the bathroom drain was smelly, even after having a shower many times. Towels typically had some sort of a stain - some looked like blood stains others looked possibly like mould stains. Basically had to request a cleaner towel everyday. But look out for the clean towels as well because when you shine a light onto the towel, sometimes you can see hidden stains.

The room extremely small for 3 adults & 1 child. After a hard complaint, we were upgraded to a bigger room. Spacious but the double bed is just like super single size, mattress are hard & pillow are too small just like pillow for children. I will never step in this hotel again. Reception staff unable to communicate in English too...

Stayed for 3 night at 11 floor. The hotel is quite far form the city and near to the construction site. Next to the hotel is convenience shop for u to buy food and personal item. The room is specious, free high speed wifi and the WC is very clean. However, the bed (queen size) is hard and stiff. Should have king size bed so that it more comfortable for 2 persons. The room have very good facilities, such microwave, kettle, freezer, induction cooker and washing machine. The breakfast spread is very basic and simple and not much choice.

A great 4 star hotel & accommodation located at Gangseo area of Seoul, South Korea. Reasonable price. It is more like a service residence with a lot of necessities & amenities. They even have a washing machine, stove & microwave oven. Breakfast was always simple but it doesn't matter. A very comfortable place to stay with the great and friendly service from the staffs. Super helpful & friendly. Highly recommended hotel.

I and my group friends had 2 nights here at last week. Room is clean but small. Staffs are nice and helpful Bathroom was clean and hot water is ok. Room included TV,kitchen,washing machine. Location is good. Breakfast is so so... Maybe I will choose it for next time.

The room at 412 was really clean, they have good smell to linen and pillows with spacious for lugagge. I love the bathroom it was clean with complete shampoo, bodywash & conditioner. The heater works well even in shower, we do sleep comfortable and convenient. We recommend this to our friends and relatives
