Really new modern hotel. Located in a good area of Seoul, metro station 2 minute walk away. There are lots of places to eat around there. The room was very modern and clean. The bed was massive and very comfortable. There was plenty of storage space. The bath room was clean with a small jacuzzi bath and good powerful shower. Fast free wifi and cable TV. The view from the room was quite good.

we're stayed in Premier Suite which is 2 storeys loft, it's a very cool design with balcony, bed is very comfortable, all set up is very nice, just they only have 1 bathroom which is on first floor. We're 4 pax, bedroom is on 2nd floor, so it's a bit hassle to go up and down just for the toilet, but other than that all is perfect!

Good location, close to public transport. Entrance is a bit weird since the reception is at the 3rd floor. Bed and bathroom are good and so is the complimentary breakfast. But the hotel lacks atmosphere, it's al very plain and basic.

Fair price and super comfortable bed, much better that many highly rated hotels I stayed at. Simple and clean room. Nice and helpful staff. Pretty fast internet. Bubble bath in the room.
Minibar completely empty, no bar or service to buy anything within the hotel (aside from the cafe, which is closed at night). Room is very small, though comfortable. It's in Gangnam, but nowhere close to the restaurants or bars. pretty isolated.

I was disappointed in this hotel. Arrived later in the evening and desk clerks struggled with English. Basic room for the price. Over run with Korean wedding guests who were the obvious priority. Spa was not inviting for non Koreans. Lousy tourist map and lousy advice given. Good location for train use once we worked out the system. Clean linens and basic amenities. Tiny breakfast room that we could not get near. Just ok.

I don't see how this can be a 4-star hotel. It's more like a 3-star service apartment.

Staff are friendly at the front desk.

Washroom floor flooded so I asked the front desk to send somebody up at 7pm. On my way out at 6pm, I saw a staff and asked him to fix the flood. Came back at 9:30, saw the bathroom floor dried and towels replaced (I had used up all towels to wipe the water). When I later tried to wash up before bed, the floor was flooded again with debris! Called the front desk to send someone, waited 20 minutes and no one came. I had to call again then somebody finally showed up. After the person said its fixed and left, I went into the bathroom to find he didn't even bother to clean the floor!

Not particularly friendly reception and small rooms. Whilst only 2 years or so old, not kept up too well. But then it is a good location and fairly cheap. I think it mainly caters for the wedding crowd as the venue is specialized on weddings. A particular turn off was when i asked for a “late” check out at 1pm because of a late afternoon flight that i would have to pay for that. It is not that they said they are full (which i would have understood), but that they right out said any delay needs to be paid for.

My room was very clean and nice. Staff was very accommodating. I originally booked a King Room, but the beds are not adjustable. So i requested another room and they had me in one pronto. Even helped with moving my belongings over. The food in the restaurant was very good!

It's ok. It is in a very nice area of Gagnam gu. I stayed here for 3 weeks during the summer for business purposes. There is a lot of construction going on the area so it can be loud. The room is nice and efficient but not luxury. The customer service was hit or miss. The location was the best thing about this hotel and it was moderately priced.

I used taxis, and it could be from 30 to 45 min. The Foreheal Hotel site gives information about how to get there using public transport. (Sorry, I'm not allowed to include the link in this answer.)
