Stayed five nights in this hotel. Enjoyed it. Room has good air conditioning which can easily be controlled. Room is well insulated, could almost not hear any sound from the busy street in front of the hotel. Slept very well in the cozy double bed. Hotel has a fairly large gym (open 6-22h) which I used every day. The location of the hotel is excellent if you want to explore Myeongdong (e.g. night market, only 5min away) on foot. It is also not far from City Hall plaza and the nearby palaces. Subway line #2 station Euljiro 3-ga is also only 5 min away. Bus stop for Airport limousine bus line #6015 is right around the street corner on Euljiro, maybe 100m from hotel. Building has 27 floors, reception and restaurant is located on 2nd floor, on 1st floor you find a 7-11 convenience store (open 24hrs). I would always come back to this hotel should I want to visit Seoul again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was a good size and the shower area in the bathroom was relatively large. Everything in the room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable too. The reception was open 24 hours and the customer service was great. The buffet style breakfast had a large variety of tasty food and the view of the city from there was very good. The 7 eleven downstairs was very convenient too. The hotel is well located in Myeongdong and is close to many restaurants.

This no-frills business hotel is conveniently situated in a quiet business district, less than a 10-minute walk from Myeongdong. It's easily accessible via airport limousine bus 6015, which stops just across the road, a mere 5-minute walk from the hotel.
The rooms, though comfortable, are somewhat dated, featuring older fixtures such as bathtubs with shower curtains that are not very effective. As a result, water tends to splash outside the curtain, making the bathroom floor wet and slippery.
Additionally, housekeeping could use some improvement; during our stay, the tea supplies were not properly replenished, and we found an empty tea packet left in the drawer.
On the positive side, the hotel offers free hot and cold drinking water on designated floors, which is a convenient perk for guests.
However, for my next visit, I think I would prefer a hotel that meets more international standards.

Lotte City Hotel is located right outside the main MyungDong shopping area, about a 10-15 min walk. It is also a 15-20 min walk away from Insadong, another tourist stop. The closest subway stop to the hotel is euljiro 3 on the green line.
The airport bus makes a stop at euljiro 2, which is the nearest major intersection and is about a 2 min walk. Take bus number 6015 from the airport and get off at euljiro 2.
I found my room clean, shower spacious, and toilet with enough space for a 6 foot 2 guy over 250lbs. I visited other hotels in the myungdong area and found the rooms cramped and dated. I was happy that I chose this hotel although it was outside myungdong.
The hotel also has laundry facilities operated by 500 won coins and 1000 won. There are 2 washers and 2 dryers located on the 3rd floor next to the fitness center. It costs 4000 won to run a load of either a wash or dryer. There is a change machine and laundry detergent available to purchase. If you are staying in Korea for more than 4-5 days, this laundry facility is a life saver to get clean clothes.
Hotel room also has an empty mini fridge and they provide you with 2 included water bottles. WiFi also works well enough for you to do work if needed. Lobby is located on the 2nd floor.
There is a great hidden coffee shop nearby the hotel called “coffee hanyak bang”. It’s in a hidden alley behind the gs25 convenience store. Next to it is also a decent poke shop.
Overall, I would stay here again.

Modern, clean, water dispenser in the hallway, self laundry avail however it’s 5,000w each for wash and dry. Extra 1000w for detergent. I enjoyed the hotel because it’s in the outskirts of Myeongdong. Close enough to walk to and away from all the busy tourists. I would stay here again. Subway station is at the corner and the airport bus is across the street. Only downfall is the a/c, I couldn’t adjust it was set to 22celius. At times I would like if I was able to adjust it.

We stayed 11 nights in this hotel and loved it. The room had a large window with a great view over the city. There were two chairs and a small table by the window to enjoy the view. There was lots of space for clothes and luggage. When we asked the front desk for more hangers, they were brought up immediately. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and had a large walk-in shower with no leaks, good water pressure and even temperature. There was lots of shelf space in the bathroom. The breakfast room was on the top floor with fantastic views. It was busy but had an excellent choice of food at the buffet. The hotel was very centrally located with easy access to the subway, major sites, Cheonggyecheon Stream and many restaurants. Insadong was a short walk away. The hotel room was quiet, even though in the heart of the city. The air-conditioning was excellent. The hotel provided a clean laundry area with several machines at a reasonable cost. Not only did the hotel provide water bottles in your room daily, but there was a free drinking water dispenser on every floor to fill up your water bottles. Without a doubt, this would be our choice of hotel on our next visit to Seoul.

The family was very overall satisfied with the hotel. It has a nice cafe in the 1st floor, great coffee and bread. Most of the front desk staff are english speaking. Excellent service from the door man, front desk, to the maintenance. We had issues in the bathroom, when we checked-in but resolved so quickly within minutes. The location is perfect, just a 8-12 min walk to Myeongdong street market. Away from the noise. If 4-6 family, I highly recommend to ask the cost of the jumbo taxi from hotel to airport, to avail the convenience of not walking across the street to the bus stop.

Clean hotel with a good location and close to some landmarks.
Staffs were nice However...
The rooms dont have steamiron (or even dryiron) and Irontable. Also the dont give extra blanket!!!!
The loundry and Iron station is located in 3rd floor where you can wash, dry and Iron there (hopefully you are alone not to fall in line)
But aside from that it was a good 4star hotel considering the price rate at this time of the year.
Theg also have a machine that exchanges currency located at its lobby on 2nd floor. Make sure to have your dollars and passport if you wanna use it because it requires to scans your passport.
