Directly next to exit 10. There is a shared kitchen in the basement where you can drink coffee etc. as much as you like. Amenities are provided. It is on the first floor near the front desk, so there is a lot of noise coming and going.

If you want to stay around Seoul Station for the station's accessibility, this hotel is a great cheap, clean, no-frills option. The room is big enough to only fit the bed, bathroom, and floorspace to walk between the two--that is it! If you don't plan to be in your room much, the space won't matter, but this would not be conducive to a long stay. A few amenities, but not much: water, toothbrush, small bar of soap, Korean TV. Unfortunately, after the cancellation period ended, we were told that there will not be a front desk attendant during morning hours (also no breakfast). Ultimately, this hotel is in a great location if you do not need the support of the staff or much space. I would honestly stay here again, just knowing its limitations.

I was taking a direct train from Incheon Airport, so I wanted a hotel close to Seoul Station, and decided on this hotel based on the price. I didn't have high expectations, but it was a decent, small standard hotel. The lobby and rooms are small, but it's fine if you're just planning to sleep. It's shower-only, so it might be a bit tough in the winter...
There is no restaurant in the building, and there are no shops around the station, so it's better to stock up on food and drinks at Lotte Mart before checking in.
There is a cooking space, coffee maker, and laundry on the B1 floor, which you can use freely.
There is an ashtray on the roof, so it's smoker-friendly.

This is a no frills type of hotel. Complimentary snacks in the basement if you find yourself without. Free water in room with decent air conditioning. Small but suitable if you are just looking for a place to rest before flight the next morning. Friendly staff and decent Wi-Fi.

- Very friendly and helpful staff. They speak English. - The hotel is directly opposite the central train station, where you can find restaurants and a big supermarket. - There is a police station 50 m. from the hotel.
- It's not a hotel. It's a hostel. - Very very very small room with a small window. - No space for your luggages, or even to stand up to wear your clothes. It was like a prison's cell. - It is not a clean room even you should hang the label "Please clean my room". - Only small (for face) towels and you must ask at reception for at least medium towels. Once, they gave us a medium towel with holes. - The restaurant for the breakfast it's a hostel's restaurant. You must do all by yourself. - The breakfast is a disappointment. Only toast's bread, jam, butter, mandarin juice and coffee and tea. - Just outside the hotel (in front and left), it's not a safe area. It's a corrupt and decadent area, even there is a police station 50 m away. We saw 2 nights, police cars and ambulances.

Not only for price and location, but I felt welcome and comfortable here. Room size is ideal for one person, with fine pillows, towels, ac, cable TV, slippers. What really makes this the place to stay is the basement with free breakfast-cereal, toast, coffee, juiceS (love the Jeju Tangerine) plus free washing machine, internet. Located just across Seoul Station but cannot cross busy street, so have to find exit 10 of METRO. After coming on KTX from Busan, I found Seoul TRAIN Station has only 3 exits, so had to ask for help. About the steep climb, true, but not very far and manageable. Makes the hotel elevator all the more welcome. Friendly person at desk let me keep luggage there when I headed off before 2 pm. check-in. Go to rooftop and view Seoul Tower. Wish they had a brochure to show others. On the other hand, low-key atmosphere is a positive.

I must admit that I was a bit skeptical of my fellow reviewers who cautioned about the size of the rooms. But they were right. This was definitely the smallest twin room I've ever encountered (even in Japan). The space constraints are a legitimate burden if you're not a light packer. The small hill to approach the hotel entrance also mentioned by reviewers was far less of an issue. I've attached a pic from Exit 10 to offer perspective. On positive notes, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom had ample space, and the hotel was immaculate writ large. And I have to highlight this property's two greatest attributes: location and price. The former makes it ideal for anyone wishing to take either the metro or express trains to either of Seoul's international airports. It's also convenient as a hub for regional travel and for shopping at Seoul Station's Lotte Mart/Outlets - both easily accessible via the metro underpass.
*Tip: To avoid schlepping your luggage up the stairs when exiting the metro (Exit 10), exit through the SCT Mall, which offers both escalator/elevators. Pic attached.

Its a very nice hotel. Place might be a liltle small... Its a liltle tired while walking back to the hotel because you will had to walk up the slope.. They provide free coffee, juice, stove, kitchen items, and free laundry done by yourself in the basement and also computers to seek for information.... The place also directly opposite SEOUL STATIO. But there is a entrance into the subway very nearby, juz a 5 mins or less walk... The service is also very good as they speak very good english. Its also very safe as they will lock the front door for safety by 11pm, but they will give u a password..so no worries if you get lock outside.. Hope the tips helps!! :))

The main selling point is the location. This place is within walking distance of Seoul Station - great for catching early trains or turning in quickly after a late-night arrival. Be warned: it's some ways up on a sloping street so less-than-fit folk (myself included) may end up huffing and puffing en route. The nearest subway exit has escalators, but they're switched off on weekends/holidays and there's a final stairs-only stretch at the top.
There's a pantry in the basement that's open round-the-clock; free coffee, juice, and water are available (along with a very basic DIY breakfast in the mornings). Helpful staff and a 24-hour front desk, with luggage storage available before check-in and after check-out.
My room was reasonably clean and well-maintained, but not quite spotless. Nothing major - splotches on the wall, streaks on the floor, that sort of thing.
I might check out other options in the area, but wouldn't mind staying again.

The hotel is located right side up the exit 10 withnin 30m.Behind the Namdaemun Police Office next to Hotel Lette.
AREX train stops->exit10 : 10min.
exit10->hotel : 1min.
Thank you for the comments!
It is very easy to find the hotel.
There are 2 ways to get here from the Incheon airport as below.
1) AREX(Airport train)
Costs around KRW 3,000 (Express one is little bit faster but double price)
Get off at Seoul Station
Find Exit 10(Tip:This station is one of the largest station in Seoul. So it will be complicated for you to find the exit at first, but once you know the way it's very convenient to get to anywhere as it's all connected to the major places such as Lotte Mart, Sauna, Post Office etc.)
As soon as you take the exit 10, you will see the sign K-POP Hotel up on the hill!
2) Limousine Bus
There are two bus lines #6001, #6015. Takes about 1 hour 30 minutes. Costs around KRW13,000. Both line pass through Gimpo airport as well. If you have big luggage it's better to take bus, so you don't have to carry them all the way to the hotel.
Get off at Seoul station. Wherever you get off, you will easily see the Seoul station. And find exit 10 OR if you prepare a map you don't have to worry about finding the exit because you can just cross the street few times to the hotel.
Hope it helps!
There are more places to choose from in the Seoul area.
