The hotel is located in a very good area of Seoul - Itwean area - this is a multi-culture area. I choose this hotel since there is a lot Halal restaurants in the neighborhood.
the good of this hotel is the use of technology in the rooms for lighting & cool & TV, one remote control for all
This hotel is less than 3 star for my rating for :
- Very very small room
- No war-drop
- No breakfast
- when I asked for power converter this give it after I put deposit.
- The surrounding area is not clean for family a lot of Massages centers & others...

When there during mid September 2016,

Here are the Pros & Cons

Pro:
1. New Hotel, clean and the receptionist is helpful.
2. Near to the mosque and a lots of halal food restaurant nearby.
3. Near to Airport bus shuttle.

Cons:
1. The location. not advisable for female & single travelers. a lots of bar & prostitute during night time.
2. Woke up in the morning hearing people fighting & the police has to come and arrest them.

I will not suggest this hotel for female travelling solo or even in group, it's a very dangerous place to stay. I really hope the hotel management will do something about the location.

If you are looking for a place to enjoy Seoul from, Hotel ITW offers you a great location, convenient to ITW and the subway system. The hotel itself is a clean, well presented, reasonably new building, and we had no problems with the 2 rooms we booked, except for finding the light switches! (a pretty standard problem in Asia). It's no frills, I don't know what the food is like, as we ate out, and the rooms are definitely "minimalist" which I have no problems with; especially when I can get a decent room rate.
I will be returning to hotel ITW for another weekend next weekend, and that's probably the highest praise I can give a hotel: it means the value, standard and location were sufficient to entice me back.

A result of poor research done, this hotel was booked on the premise on its price and its proximity to Grand Hyatt where I had to go for an event. The photos certainly do not provide a complete picture of what is in store.

I would caution all female travellers to not stay at this area.
The hotel is clearly located within the red light district of Itaweon. The surrounding shops said it all.

For the room, there is nothing to be desired:
1. It reaked of smoke
2. Stains were obvious on the bedsheets
3. Towels were thin and light grey

And yes, it should be classified as a motel than a hotel.

First, the price is not cheap for what is offered. The rooms are new and modern but very small. Second, the location is horrible as it is on a hill in the middle of a red light district. Drunks all around. Third, I awoke to construction prior to 8 am on a Sunday. I looked out the window and saw a construction site on the other side of the hotel. I asked for a partial refund as I had received no notice of this. The desk clerk tried to show me a notice in the elevator. I explained the notice should be present in the lobby before checking in. They refused anything and did not offer an apology. Finally, the English skills of the staff vary. In particular, the older desk clerk or manager knows no English and brushes you off.

The ITW hotel is a relatively new hotel, with modern amenities in the room -- remote control to operate TV, lights, A/C, etc. The rooms have a nice modern bathroom; however the rooms are a bit small. The staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel is located relatively close to some night clubs and bars so it is not advisable to be walking around the area in the evening.
I would certainly stay there again knowing some of this limitations

Very nice, brand new high-rise hotel right smack in the middle of the red light district in Itaewon. Small rooms, but very modern with all the amenities of a Korean "motel". Sure it was $100, but nice hotels in Seoul can be easily be several times that much. If you're planning on Itaewon night life, this is a great place to stay.

Just a couple of blocks to some of the best shopping in Seoul. The Yongsan army base is very close and Itaewon-ro has been one of Seoul's hot spots for several decades. Everything about the hotel was top notch, except for the breakfast. It was good, but a bit limited for 9,000 won.

Pros:
- The hotel is reasonably priced and the rooms are big enough to fit two people comfortably
- It is within 5 mins walk to the metro station with easy access to Seoul station, Gimpo airport and Incheon airport
- Close to a wide range of restaurants, bars and clubs in Itaewon

Cons:
- It's located in the "dirtiest" part of Itaewon (for some people this may be a pro...).
- The hotel certainly does not strive to please the customers, I asked to have a second room key for my friend and was told they have a "one room, one key" policy. I wouldn't be suprised if there is a fine even if you lose your key.
- Walls are thin, be prepared for noise from the outside and/or other rooms.
- Smoke smell in the room.

All in all, I would only go again if all other suitable options in Itaewon are full.

This hotel is located at Itaewon-dong where is the SOHO area with many pubs and restaurants. It is also near Itaewon station, so it's very convenient to go to the other places. However, there are some mini-clubs in the way to the hotel. Sexy club girls and drunken men were there along the way to the hotel at night. That's why I don't suggest girls and kids to stay there.
We have stayed in a two beds room for 4 nights. The room is small that I have kicked the bed for twice and made two wounds on each foot. The perfume is so strong at the lobby and the corridors. There are two bottles of water in the fridge, but they are not free. Each coats $2000 Korean dollars. The hygiene of the washroom is under average. There was bad smell and the white towels were all in grey colour.
You can order the deep fried chicken from the front desk. The staff is polite and helpful. They can speak English and Putonghua.
The price of a two beds room is around $450 HK dollars. So, if you are not shopaholic (limited space in the room) and travel with companies, it may be suitable for you.
