We needed a hotel near Lotte World/Mall. I found this hotel online and based on the reviews and price it seemed to be a great value. My family and I booked three rooms and stayed two nights. We enjoyed our stay very much! The hotel was beautiful, clean and the staff was extremely helpful!

The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the Lotte complex and about a 20 minute walk from the subway (which is located on the opposite side of the Lotte complex). There is a convenience store located right across the street. We found a Pizza Hut just down the block and a Paris Baguette a few blocks away.

The rooms includes free wifi, toiletries, robes, and slippers. There is a large flat screen TV with lots of channels. We found a few English channels. My son and I shared a corner room with two twin beds so we got two windows with different street views. The room was very clean and comfortable. Koreans seem to really like firm beds. The beds were very firm, like most hotels in Korea. I also have to mention the toilets. We all had a lot of fun with a toilet that has so many functions including heated seats, a bidet and a dryer!

There is a restaurant that serves breakfast on the second floor. I think it was a buffet and cost about 15,000 won/person. We did not eat here so I can't comment any further.

The staff at the front desk could speak basic English and were absolutely amazing! They were friendly and very helpful! They priced and ordered a van taxi for us when were switched hotels. They also allowed us to leave our luggage there after check out until later that day. We were so happy with the excellent customer service!

This hotel is so new it practically squeaks. The rooms are very small - not even a closet! - but had good amenities. Free wifi, toiletries, robes, and slippers come with all of them. The bathroom was tucked into the room very well and had a good amount of space. The bed was the very firmest bed I have ever slept on in my life, but once I got used to it, it was fine.

The location is excellent. Just across the road is a nice lake to walk or jog around and on the other side of the lake is Lotte World and the Lotte Mall. There are lots of little restaurants around the hotel and more coffee shops than I would have expected. The hotel has breakfast, but I decided go out and get a coffee instead.

The one downside of my room was that it isn't a non-smoking hotel (which is quite common in Asia) and someone on the same air handling system as me was quite the smoker. As long as I kept my bathroom door shut, it was fine, Otherwise my room smelled like smoke, which wasn't pleasant.

I'd still stay here again, though.

I was here on s business trip and stayed at this hotel.
The check in staff was very friendly. Check in went very smooth.
The rooms are like all other Korean hotels, bathroom and a bed which is hard compared to western style. The room it self is clean with has a very good heating system which is needed when it is -5C outside.
The room has a TV which to my surprise has English speaking programs and movies.
There is no restaurant for evening meals, but the restaurant is open for breakfast.
Overall a good place to stay.

Look there's plenty of Hotels in Seoul to suit your budget. If you need to stay in Jamsil, near Lotte World there are other more nice & decent "Boutique" Hotel accomodation than this. Warning. Stay away. The staff, especially their so-called "parking-staff" are rude and horrendous. Eventhough they have PLENTY of parking spaces under and around their hotel building. They always ask their visitors to illegally park their cars elsewhere, for instance in front of OTHER nearby buildings and thus as a result irresponsibly cause unnecessary frictions and attacks. They don't go by decent Hotel operation rule it seems and breaks laws to suit their needs and their needs only.
Don't be fooled, this is truly the WORST motel in Jamsil.

I was visiting Seoul to see my family that lives in Songpa. They live close to Lotte Hotel but it's quite expensive. I found Rosana online and it was very affordable. It was located closer to my family too. It was close to Songpa subway station at Lotte which was also convenient for the airport "limousine bus" operated by Korean Air. The room was clean and tidy and modern looking. Wifi was free and the hotel was located by coffee shops and delicious restaurants. I would definitely stay there again!

If you know of the holiday inn express brand then this is the hotel for you. Clean, inexpensive and a 10 min walk to the Lotte World theme park. Nice beds. We're a family of 5 and they didn't have any problems for us to stay in 1room. We pushed the beds together to fit us all.

Nice pleasant hotel with big rooms! Staff are friendly but not most have good command of English. As I took the KAL Limo into the city from airport, the stop was at Lotte World Hotel,Jamsil. Rosana Hotel in fact is only across the big Seokchon Lake. Check in was only after 9pm, the attending staff was fast in my check in.
Hotel close proximity to small local restaurants, a pharmacy, located directly opposite a big spa building. However towards night noise level is not that bad.
I had a big King size bed, room I would say is very spacious. Love the fact that the washbasin is located outside the bathroom. Strange that the cubicle is not enclosed, open area is 3/4, so shower water will definitely get into the toilet area. Nice to know the toilet seats are heated,
Two faults I find is that this hotel has no aircon only heating system. The day I was not feeling well, I called the reception up only to find out this fact. They asked me to open my door for ventilation. Secondly, if we don't vacate room by a certain time, the cleaners will not clean up the room...especially in the after noon.
Overall a very good & pleasant stay! But be warned that no cabs will do pick up from hotel to the Lotte World KAL Limo pickup point.I had to lug my luggage myself to the pick up point which took me about 20 minutes.

Location: Jamsil. 10 to 15 minutes walk to Jamsil station and Lotte. Quiet/peaceful neighbourhood. Can take a walk at the nearby lake. There are cafes nearby.
Room: New, clean and cozy but quite small. No closet. However, there is enough space for luggages, solah and cook using our small portable travel cooker.
Toilet: shower and toilet bowl are clean.
Overall stay was pleasant. I would return to stay here again.

The hotel seems to be quite new and is relatively small in scale. There seems to be only about 4-5 rooms on each floor and is only 14 floors high. The rooms are nice and clean and there is free WiFi in every room. The breakfast area seems to be on the second floor but I can't comment on it as I booked my rooms without breakfast so I never tried.

Each room has a 40 inch LCD TV with lots of channels but this is pretty standard for almost all hotels in Seoul. One thing we had bad experiences with was the fact that the hotel did not carry enough travel adapters and we had trouble charging our phones and batteries.

The neighborhood is quite quiet. If you go to the backside of the hotel there are plenty of local restaurants offering from seafood to Korean barbecue. There is also a convenience store just right across the corner in the main intersection. The hotel is actually located about a 10 minute walk from the Lotte World and Lotte World Hotel. I went there during the winter season so basically I took the taxi everywhere I traveled. There are two metro stations you could possibly walk to each about 15 - 20 minutes away. Otherwise, taxis are probably your best option. Taxi to central Gangnam-gu in the Yeoksam or Sinsa-dong area is about 9,000 won on normal traffic.

All in all quite a clean hotel and with its nightly cost is quite attractive. You would probably not mind to stay here if you are going to be visiting the Lotte World. But if you are more into night life or will be going out to central Gangnam or even to places on the other side of the river you would probably be better off staying in a hotel near the Yeoksam or Seolleung metro station for slightly more price.

Decided to stay in this hotel as it is near to Lotte World. Right choice. The staff was very friendly and helpful the moment we arrived. Was given a free upgrade of one room so that both rooms we book was on the same floor, side by side and can check in immediately. There is a 24hrs convenient store in the hotel. And to add on there is a nice tradition korea fry chicken just opposite the street, A must try very friendly boss with English menu.

I don't know about a hotel pick up, I was in private transportation from Incheon. I seriously doubt it because Song-pa is on the other side of Seoul from the airport. There is the KAL Limousine Bus that does routes from Incheon to Lotte Hotel in Song-pa and back to Incheon. You can buy a one way or round trip and it was fairly inexpensive, I want to say about 16000 Won which is about $16 one way. From the drop point at Lotte Hotel, it's about a 5-10 minute walk OR you can catch a cab if your baggage is too cumbersome. I would suggest using this service OR you can use the subway trains. It's pretty easy to figure out, You would be getting off at Jamsil station OR Seokchon. I always used Jamsil. I would NOT recommend getting a cab because it'll cost you about $50-60, if your driver takes the most direct route. Since I can't post links in the answer, just google "KAL Limousine Bus" it's generally the first thing that pops us

Hi, may I know the best way to get to the hotel from Incheon airport? Thanks.
Harlow, United Kingdom40 contributions6 helpful votes
Incheon is on blue Line1 far left of map and the hotel on on far right of subway on Pink line8 Jamsil station. basically you are travelling from one extreme to the other. unfortunately not all taxi drivers know of the hotel location once you reach jamsil station. it is walkable to locate during daylight because it is near a big park but you will miss it as soon as it is dark. lookup a map of the korean subway. maybe you can google for motels in Antique street as it is more lively.
