In winter, a bathtub. The location is important for those with small children who need to travel by taxi, so I definitely stayed here. I stayed at Myeongdong Skypark3 for 4 nights in the summer of 2023! Since I was staying there for New Year's, I was given a room with a view of the tower. As always, all the staff are polite and nice. I was also given skin care amenities and a pack mask.
There was an Instagram posting campaign until 1/1, and I was given a hand ampoule worth 18,000w!
The microwave and coin laundry are on B2, but you can also use a card (take the elevator down to B1 and go up the stairs to B2), and there is a place to wait. Seven-Eleven is open until midnight, and hotel guests can use the toilet. You can get the PIN number at the front desk by showing your accommodation card.
I used Ramen 24 next door for the first time, and it was 5,000w per ramen. There were many options, from vegetables and toppings to spicy ones. This ramen + rice pack (1500w from the vending machine) + kimchi was included in the skypark3 accommodation plan, so it might be a good deal. After this, we moved to skypark Kingstown Dongdaemun! I'll definitely stay at another skypark hotel!

Foremost, front guest officers welcomed us and are approachable and helpful. We came early (1.5hrs prior to check-in) and they accommodated us. In any case, hotel have storage lockers just by the side to store your luggage for free (good if you came too early or after check-out and your flights are much later). They even help us to print our bullet train tickets for our impromptu 2 days trip to Busan and back.
The room (true account) as seen in the website pictures are small but comfy, big toilet though. Very clean premise indeed. The housekeeper really paid attention to details. The is a laundry room (washer + dryer) at the basement for usage, we paid 4000 won for each.
There are 7-11s below and location of the hotel is wonderful, subway (very, very important) just by the hotel entrance, and only 2 stations away from the Seoul main station. Food (even halal ones) and shopping all within walking distance and you'll be spoilt for choices.
Though we have engaged our own transport pick up (to and return for ease of convenience) the airport transfer bus is just within walking distance, about 3 mins walk.
A wonderful experience here indeed.

Hotel Skypark Myeongdong 3 is a solid choice for those wanting to stay in the heart of Seoul's vibrant Myeongdong district. The location is unbeatable — just steps away from the famous shopping street and conveniently connected to transport for exploring other parts of the city. The staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful, adding a warm touch to the stay.
The bathroom amenities are a highlight, with quality shampoo that leaves your hair feeling clean and body wash with a delightful fragrance. True to Korea's reputation, the skincare products provided are top-notch. However, the rooms, while clean, left something to be desired. Initially, we were placed in a room with no ventilation — an issue when traveling as a family. We had to request a move, which the staff happily accommodated the first morning of our stay (could not do so at the late hour we arrived the evening before) - so I highly recommend asking for a room with a window that opens. This is especially important as the heating in winter can be overly intense, and the air conditioning in summer may not always suffice.
The biggest letdown was the "continental breakfast," which fell short of expectations - really simply don't bother. Fortunately, the area is packed with excellent coffee shops that open as early as 6:00 or 7:00 AM, offering better quality food and much more flexible hours. For a more enjoyable start to your day, skip the hotel breakfast and head out to explore the local café scene.
While Hotel Skypark Myeongdong 3 has its strengths, some improvements in room quality and breakfast options would enhance the experience. Still, its prime location and friendly staff make it a convenient base for discovering Myeongdong and beyond.

Last November weekend, I stayed at Hotel Skypark with my wife. Thanks to its location in Qingdao, it was very convenient to get to the main tourist attractions and shopping malls, and there were many cafés and cafés nearby. As far as accessibility is concerned, it is a really excellent hotel.
But there were some unlikely points of the stay. First, the cleanliness of the rooms was disappointing. The dust in the room was somewhat noticeable, and the condition of the toilet seemed to be a bit more important. The facilities also felt generally old, and some furniture and accessories were not properly managed.
Considering the good location and name value of Chamong, a little more attention to basic cleanliness and facility management would provide a much more satisfying experience. Hopefully next time we can find a better look.

Hotel is accessible to myeogdong. Service at front desk is excellent and responsive. Next to it is a k ramyun restaurant. Wow! Housekerping was on point as we had fresh towels delivered amd bed sheets replaced daily. Price is reasonable and competitive would come back again in next trip. We travel extensively and seoul is a must go destination.

Hotel is small for decent. If couple opr bigger room. Corridor wall way cleaned. Lift and room door noisy they should fix that. Room clean (no tooth brush goes the most hotels) Free simple Breakfast Bed was comfy Bath area shower curtain too short water will splashed out Sink water pressure too high. The receptionist was kind and spoke Japanese, so I was able to check in with peace of mind.
There were stairs and a slope at the entrance, so I was able to reach the front desk without stress even with a suitcase.
The front desk was spacious and there were plenty of sofas available, which was great for people waiting.
There are two elevators, so even during the morning rush hour, checking in and checking out can be done smoothly without any crowds, which I thought was great as I could make good use of my time.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and when I asked them to store my luggage after arriving in Korea, they kindly agreed, so I was able to go sightseeing empty-handed!
