I chose this particular hotel because the airport bus limousine stops right in front of the four points gangnam for a reasonable price of USD$16.
This was the perfect location to walk to gangnam the famous plastic surgery part of Seoul but there are numerous restaurants, cafes, beauty as well as clothes shopping to spend your days here. Transportation to other parts of Seoul will require the bus, trains or cabs to maneuver. Translating the bus and trains will need Google translate.
My room was located on the 15th floor and was a magnificent height to catch the sunrise...although I had my first 2 days of wonderful snow storms...which I loved.
My room was perfect for 1 or 2 people and 2 large suitcases. It becomes a tight squeeze otherwise.
Team Four Points Sheraton Gangnam were awesome and very helpful with information.
Thank you for a very hospitable and peaceful stay.

We stayed here for 2 nights as it was close to Apgujeong and Sinsa and was not disappointed. The area is great and there are many cafe, restaurants, and coffee shops close by. It is a really trendy area.

The room itself was very nice. We had a minor room problem that could not be fixed that evening so the staff immediately upgraded our room to a premier room two doors down. The premier room was a bit bigger but had the same room features. We stayed on a higher floor and the view was incredible!

Both rooms were modern with an interesting setup. The shower and toilet were two separate rooms but the washroom portion was in the main room. Just a warning to those staying here and perhaps sharing a room, once you shower you basically have to step out to dry off and place your clothes on. There is no privacy outside the shower stall which is large but probably not a place to get clothed after a shower. We did not mind that set up for what it is worth.

We did not try the food at the hotel and the gym was closed due to Covid when we visited. We totally plan to return to this hotel in the future!

Really have to commend the staff team for attentive and excellent service provided to my family. Front desk and restaurant staff alike were very attentive to even smallest details like a bottle of water.

Only one regret that the room was really tight. Understand the premium on space in middle of Kangnam, but the design of the foyer part of the room with narrow corridor was too tight even to turn around.

Otherwise, would be glad to return to this hotel.

It has a good location where you can find local restaurants and shopping street called GaRoSu Gil. And they offer a wide range of breakfast buffet at the main restaurant on the 3rd floor. The room we've been assigned was pretty small and felt a little confined, but its high ceiling made us feel better. There is a coin laundry room on the 6th floor, which is very convenient for long-term travelers.

I requested a high floor away from elevator but got placed right in front of the elevator which is not what I like because I am sensitive to sound. I am sure there has to be a room away from the elevator and on a high floor considering I was only staying for a night. My Gold status couldn’t even get me that.

Service was good. The location isn’t so ideal because it’s over a 10 minute walk to the closest station. Lobby was small and rooms are on the smaller side too. There was a random voice that came out of no where at 5am in the morning. It sounded like an alarm but it sounded really suspicious.

There is a airport bus that stops right in front of the hotel. If you are coming from Incheon, I suggest to get off at GLAD Live Gangnam and take a 5 minute bus. Because this hotel is the last stop since they’re making a circle. You will literally waste about 30-45 more minutes if you wait until the last stop.

Stayed here for a 10 days and moved from the AC hotel in gangnam. Rooms are much bigger, I was upgraded to a premium queen, which is odd shaped, but a spacious bedroom and beautiful view. At the AC I was upgraded to a premium room, from a basic room, and the difference was a coffee maker in the tiny room. 237 sqft. As a titanium elite. While I think the AC has a better breakfast buffet and lounge (non at Sheraton) the Sheraton is a MUCH better place with great comfort and employees.

Choose wisely, but by far Sheraton 4 points gagnman is a better property.

Check-in and out were fairly easy. Staff were ok.
Room had a weird smell when I walked in. I checked in late at night, so I was too tired to find out source, and started unpacking without asking for room change.
Later, I found out it was from the toilet, dried urine smell!!!
Wet wipes, spraying of hand sanitiser on seat, flush, bidet, and under seat to bottom of bowl, None helped.
The toilet was totally separated from the shower, so I couldn't hose it down.
The worst thing was that the doors of the toilet were designed with huge gaps above. I could not confine the smell to the toilet. It was wafting all over the room!
So I had to contend with urine smell in the room the whole night.
3am I finally thought of adding shampoo to the bowl and flushing that down.
Finally, I either got used to the smell or got rid of it, or was too exhausted and fell asleep.
Checked out ASAP next morning...argh! Shall never stay at this hotel again..

We've stayed in Marriotts all over Seoul, and we adore the Four Points Myeongdong, so we were looking forward to trying this property. Unfortunately, the first impression was not good. We arrived approximately one hour before official check in, and when I went to the front desk and gave the man my ID and credit card, he rudely shoved it back and said, "Your room is not ready yet." I thought he should have at least offered to hold our bags so we could take a walk. I asked where we could wait as the "lobby" has one couch, which was already full of waiting guests. He had no suggestions. I saw that to the right was the hotel bar, so I asked if we could wait there. He nodded. Not a friendly or welcoming first impression.
However, all of that changed when we went to the bar and ordered drinks. Bella was FANTASTIC. I would literally come back to the hotel just for her. She was friendly and knowledgeable and immediately warned us that they didn't have olives when we ordered a martini and offered an alternative.
When it was after official check in time, we purposely went to a different representative. He also was not friendly or welcoming. Because of our Titanium status, he said we could pick a welcome drink: beer or something else that I couldn't understand. I said we'd like the beer. He then said they were out of beer and handed me 2 Capri Suns. Since we are not five years old, we did not appreciate that "amenity".
Our suite (we used a suite night award) was beautiful, and we loved the aesthetics. There's even a TV over the bathtub! However, there is no door between the bedroom and living room, which is inconvenient when one person sleeps earlier or later than the other (which is why we like suites in the first place).
We went back to the bar for dinner, and Bella was wonderful... but I have to say, that was probably the worst pizza I've ever been served. Especially compared to the Four Points Myeongdong or the Four Points Seoul Station, which have really good pizza. *Note: the bar has very strange hours, so if you're looking forward to spending time there, make sure they are open to avoid disappointment!
At breakfast the next morning, we met Ella. Another star! She was so kind and attentive. We were joking that we wanted to start a company and hire both Bella and Ella because we'd be successful no matter what! They are gems who make this hotel worth going to.

This time I stayed at Gangnam area. Chose Four Points by Sheraton and it was a very nice stay experience. The location is perfect, not crowded but still you have everything around the area. Foods, convenience store, shopping outlets are all there. The room is clean, the bed is nice and all worked well. The problem for me was the chair is not very comfortable to be used as a working chair. I wanna comment on their breakfast, it was actually very nice but they served the same items for my 3 times breakfast and it left me no appetite on my last day. For example they had beef fried rice which they can change into shrimp or chicken fried rice. Overall it is a nice hotel to stay in, but I will reconsider for a long stay..

Was here four nights for a business trip. Great location and very convenient for business travel, I wished the subway was closer, that might have been the only thing. The staff was very helpful, they were fluent in English and were able to help me with restaurants and booking a taxi to the airport. The room is small, like in a lot major Asian metropolitan cities, but it is modern and clean, with all the usual amenities, but no iron or a closet. Having no iron in room a huge hassle for a business trip. I had to go down to the laundry room to use it, and it was actually missing buttons. Beware that the hotel is on a major intersection so you can hear cars all night long, there are a lot of sports cars in the area and they like to be heard. Would definitely stay here again for the easy of getting around and the helpful front desk.
