Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Located just off the main street of this very lively, quite workaday part of Seoul; 10 mins walk from Gimpo (and 45 minutes by metro to Incehon Airport). Decent room, comfortable beds, and an attractive screened-off seating area (although the plastic chairs were on their last legs). Excellent value for money, and we absolutely loved the pub-like bar/restaurant Geumbyeol round the corner on Songjeong-ro.

Where to start...arrived at 4am after a long journey. Give them my name, then passport, then have to show them my confirmed email of reservation and payment, and then have to fill out another paper form. Given my card and walked into a room that was over 32C. Only option is to wait ten minutes for the ac to cool it down. In the meantime, realize there are zero USB ports to charge items. Get a power converter from downstairs and it falls out of every electrical outlet in the room. There is one convenient outlet near the bed, but every other outlet is placed about 1 meter above the ground with no table or surface below. Walk down the next morning to find out the fitness center is closed on Sundays. At the front desk I receive an additional adaptor to charge phone, but still no option to charge my computer. Get in the elevator, no ac, about 28C. Arrive at my room and the key card doesn’t work. Go back down, they attempt to fix the card. Back up in the elevator with no ac, card still doesn’t work. Luckily, the maid is in the hallway to let me in. No shuttle to the airport is also a big problem considering it’s 35C outside, have received public notices about heat warning on my phone, and they think it’s a convenient 10 minute walk to the airport. Also, interface for ac and light controls in the room is confusing. Toilet has a Japanese style electronic control unit with instructions only in Korean. Still have one more night here, but I will never book again. Hotel Airport, while a little older, was a MUCH better experience at half the price.

Really nice hotel for a short trip to Seoul. The room are quite small but very clean with a very good free WiFi connection. Near to the subway station with a perfect connection to the Downtown. Just one station away from the Gimpo International Airport.

I stayed here after work one night for an early morning flight from Gimpo. The hotel was comfortable and easy to get to from the subway nearby. The room had a good shower and comfortable bed. I didn't have the breakfast so no idea if that is any good!

This is a typical airport hotel so do not expect personalized services. Good coffee shop at the entrance and 5 minutes by taxi to the international terminal. The room has a washing machine and a SMSP kitchen. It was clean and functional. There’s a mall near by (15 min walking) with plenty of restaurants. If you have an early flight like me this is a great option. If you are visiting Séoul, go stay on the city center.

Opted to spend a night close to Gimpo as we had an early flight. Hotel is a subway stop away or a mere W4,000 taxi ride to the airport. If you are coming by train from the city, take the elevator at exit 3 and turn right ... walk approximately 50 metres and the hotel is on the left. Room is comfortable and cosy and even comes with a small balcony. Within the hotel compound there's a steakhouse and a A Twosome cafe which has excellent desserts. There's not much to do in the vicinity but the Lotte Mall a stop away has loads of shopping and dining options.

No shuttle bus the door to the room opens outwards which is unusual when you walk in there are two separate steps which are dangerous you could trip up they advertise aircon which did not work I asked reception they said it did not work because it gets cold at night I think they where scimping on the electric they should leave it upto the customer it was like a sauna for 3nights there is nowhere to put you case and the lights are touch sensitive on 1 panel so in the middle of the night you are switching them all on they only give you 1 tissue it's that small blow your nose and it's gone the bathroom door will not shut there is nowhere to hang your clothes and they do not have a shower curtain so water goes everywhere the only good thing about the hotel is the day I left.

In the morning we put our luggage at hotel n went out. 2 of friends checked in the afternoon n went out. I checked in at night n hotel said that it is their policy to issue 2 cards per room. I asked the staff how to I go to the room without room cards? We paid for 3 but they can only issue 2 cards. Blank stare from staff. I asked staff to open the room for me. In the way up, staff explained that due to large group check in the hotel do not have enough cards. So which reason is true? My advice to traveller who booked triple or more. Do not in stay in hotel with poor service. .

Not much else to say about this hotel. Desk staff was excellent and very helpful. Their English was good. They will call a taxi for you when it is time to leave if you ask. Rooms are quite small. But clean and well appointed. Hotel is relatively new. Not at all rundown. Recommend as an airport transfer hotel.

The location of the hotel beats everything! The rooms are clean and the service is good. I would advise checking in early and getting out and seeing what Seoul has to offer. The food is a bit pricey at the hotel but you would be wasting your time if you don't try local food in local restaurants in other neighborhoods.
