During my four-night stay in the late October I felt as if I was living in a caring family's house. This small hotel is very clean, its atmosphere homey and the service warm but professional. The staff organized on my request a concert ticket, and a day trip to the Kazbeg region for which Levan was my excellent driver-guide. So,...

We spent a lovely overnight in Tbilisi at the British House. The establishment is personal - with honest, considerate care for their guests. A good breakfast, clean environs, and extra help with our questions (and baby bottles!) we are planning on returning. It has personality and charm - and represents a good alternative to both "back packer guest houses" and...

The hotel is near the central avenue Rustavelis in a neighborhood with the qualities of a genuine old oriental city. The service is quick, friendly and reliable, and the hotel itself charming and peaceful. The travel and trip service is excellent. I immediately found a driver-guide,Levan, who took me to the somewhat hidden historical places I came to Georgia to...

The best thing about this hotel is the staff who display a wonderful attitude to guests at all times. The location means it is a bit of a hike from the bottom end of Rustavalli but the metro is easy to use. The hotel can arrange a variety of tours with English speaking drivers. Rooms do vary a bit and...

Stayed here on vacation in late spring 2013 and overall I would reccomend this hotel. The rooms are big and well kept, the staff are pleasant and speak excellent English, and breakfast is plentiful. Staff did make a mistake in the calculation of my final bill which wasn't handled well initially, but eventually was resolved and the manager was very...

We traveled with our little child. We were checked-in the hotel very late at night, and the stuff was very kind and very helpful. Despite it was in the middle of the night the receptionist called a guy to help us with the luggage. The rooms are decorated very tastefully, and including all we needed. The hotel is placed in...

My wife and I enjoyed 4 nights here in Dec 2011. As accurately described by others, the welcome was like we were family (even though we arrived at 4 a.m. in the morning from the airport). The breakfast was lovely and we were always urged to eat even more! The location is uphill from Rustaveli street but not far. We...

This small (8 rooms) hotel is stunning, from start you feel there as at home. The hospitality is great from beginning till you leave. The rooms are very large and very comfortable and supper clean. Breakfast was full with food that was enough for double people with great variety. The hotel place is up in the hill, 5 minutes from...

The hotel is nicely located in the very centre of the city, only 5 minutes walk from the Rustaveli Avenue with all its bars, museums etc. However, the historic centre is some 30 minutes walk and you may need a taxi to go there. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive speaking fluent English. Breakfast are rich and tasty, albeit...
