A new hotel, luxurious, caring staff, wonderfully located. Spa - very nice, super pool with hydrotherapy chairs + jacuzzi. The gym is small but has all the necessary, all open until midnight. NB: children are welcome. Breakfast - wide ranging, fresh and delicious, until 11:00 daily. Rooms - I booked the Elegance Suite, was large, relaxing with all the regular...

The hotel is calm, quiet, cozy, very solid and a Georgian. The old rooms alive the atmosphere of Tiflis. Planning Some have surprising amuses and delights with originality, for example, huge terraces around the perimeter: it looks like it has the original layout. From the hotel it was always close. The staff is very courteous, even when they could not fix...

The hotel location is central and very convenient. I was staying in the new 5* building. The design is classy and chic: leather elevators etc. The service during the breakfast is so so. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. The shower is uncomfortable as well. It's impossible to adjust the desired temperature in the room: it's done centrally. I felt...

It can be the best hotel in Tbilisi; however, the rooms are not sealed perfectly and they are cold during nights! When you set your room temperature for example on 27 degrees after a while it comes back to preset 23.5 degrees!!! I set temperature on 27 and I fall sleep! At sunset I got up with shivering, and my...

I stayed there for 4 nights. I was staying in the new building which is a 5* while there is another building (the old one) with a 4* class. Nice and friendly staff. Delicious food and a lot of choices for breakfast. A bit slow on housekeeping. Most of the time there were no shampoos and toilet papers and I...

Booked here for a 3 night stay and right from arrival the absence of management, the understaffing and the lack of training became clear. By 10.45pm when we reached here, what appears to be the only restaurant was closed and while we were first assured there was room service, this later changed to "will be available in about a week"!!...
