As we stayed in this hotel already 4 years ago and liked it we decided to stay here again at the end of our trip for one night. We got a room in the new part of the building. The room was not that big but had a balcony towards the courtyard with swimming pool. Everything was very new. Very good mattress but pillow was too high for me. Unfortunately the bathroom shower doesn’t have a shower tray - as seen nowhere in Myanmar- which leaves your bathroom floor flooded and wet after the shower. Tea making facilities and bath robes provided. The a/c worked well. The pool seemed very clean this time, the surrounding garden is a nice little jungle. The planes could be heard but it’s not too bad. Breakfast was okay, not too much western breakfast but good eggstation with omelets and pancakes on requests. For 60 USD for the room it’s ok and I would stay there a again!

This hotel has such a beautiful lush garden and a lovely pool, really quiet, peaceful and relaxing.
Our room was modern, quite spacious, with comfortable beds and a lovely view of the garden from the balcony. Great bathroom, loads of space, clean and in good conditions.
I loved the breakfast, and sitting looking over the garden to eat it.
The location - very convenient for the airport. We stayed on our last night before flying out, and got a taxi into central Yangon for the afternoon very easily, not too expensive. Feeling adventurous we decided to get a bus back, which worked until we got lost walking from the bus stop to the hotel - up a lane, which we wrongly thought led to the hotel, pursued by dogs. People soon helpfully directed us the right way. But probably better to get good directions for the return before setting off if you're planning to return by bus!
The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.
All in all, a good Yangon choice for a first or last night of your holiday - or even for a longer stay.
We got a good price for this hotel via Agoda.

I chose this hotel because I had an early flight the next day and wanted to be near the airport. It’s about a 10 minute drive there and costs about 5,000 kyat. The reception will arrange a taxi for you.

The hotel is like a large house in Yangon. The rooms are modern, comfortable and almost 5 star. Each has a balcony, although mine overlooked the parking lot. I was happy to stay in the room and read rather than going out into the chaotic city because the room was so comfortable. There is a small swimming pool surrounded by a garden with beautiful landscaping giving the impression of an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The restaurant food was good but pricey. On the day I left, the restaurant packed a breakfast for me to take to the airport, which was very much appreciated.

The hotel is about 45 minutes from the centre of town so it might not be a good base if you are doing extensive sight seeing in Yangon.

The pictures of this hotel lie effectively. It's well past its sell-by date but has the virtue of being close to the airport. We arrived late and were ready for bed soon afterwards. However, the air-con was freezing and uncontrollable. The room was large, gloomy and sparsely furnished. There was no view to speak of.

If you are expecting a modern, luxurious hotel you will be very disappointed. We can't comment on the food as we arrived too late to eat and departed well before breakfast. The staff were friendly enough - it's not their fault that the place is past it.

I stayed at this hotel since I needed to be close to the airport and did not want to contend with Yangon traffic and risk missing my early flight. The hotel is less than 10 minutes from the airport, though in an area with not much around for non-locals. Fortunately the hotel itself is very pleasant and it was comfortable to stay in the room or on the property during my one-day/night stay.

The rooms are really nice, large and spacious with nicely-appointed furnishings. The owner seems to have take great care to select the stylish furniture and modern amenities in the guest rooms. Very comfortable bed, quality linens and good pillows. The room also provides a safe, a gigantic flat screen television with a variety of programs, and a sound system that can accommodate CDs or USB drives for music. The bathroom is really great, with a rain shower as well as hand-held, strong water pressure and no problems with hot water maintained throughout. The bathroom is covered in beautiful, small tiles, very modern and there were plenty of quality products available (soaps, shower gel, combs, etc).

The staff are very pleasant, friendly and accommodating. The manager was especially helpful and has good English-language ability. There is a small restaurant on the premises and the breakfast was standard items with eggs and omelettes also cooked to order. Dinner options were basic and the food was average.

Friendly staff came around for turn down service and replenished the drinking water in the early evening. There is free wifi available throughout though as is typical in Yangon, the connection is hit or miss through no fault of the hotel.

If you plan to go to the downtown area, be prepared to haggle with taxi drivers about price and also be ready to spend lots of time in traffic. However, if you are wrapping up your trip and need to catch an early flight or are on the way to other destinations in country that require you to be near the airport, this hotel is an excellent option. Would highly recommend.

Prices are on the moderate-to-high side, though comparable to costs for similar facilities in Yangon.

Spent a few days here. It's a good hour in a taxi from downtown, but not so bad to places like Inya lake etc.

The hotel itself is a clean and fairly modern place. It's got a nice pool. It's fairly tiny - only about 20 rooms maybe. But the rooms are big and well catered with what you would expect in a 4*

Breakfast is a split between western and eastern, so plenty for both palates. The staff could do with some training - you need to find someone to ask them for coffee for example! (Not exactly an unusual ask!)

The restaurant is tiny (maybe 6 tables) and the quality of food is what you would expect for that (not great). Like the few other hotels in Yangon, food and drink is comparatively expensive (about 4 times the local price).

Internet is terrible. Sometimes it doesn't work. When it does, you're often looking at 5 minutes to open a single page.

The reception staff are friendly.

I can definitely recommend this hotel for an overnight stay. I arrived in Yangon at 10pm and departed again the next day at 1230pm and was very satisfied with this hotel. It is 10 minutes away from the airport, sits in a lovely garden, is very quiet (there is some airplane noise but I didn’t bother me at all). My room was pleasant and very clean. Don’t know if it was because I had arrived after a long trip but I slept like a baby. The value for money is excellent.
Two items that can be improved: 1) I arrived for breakfast at 0930am and the choice was extremely limited. Bread was a few slices of toast, the fruit juices were finished, the breakfast buffet, such as it was, was a let down.
2) I requested a transfer to go back to the airport and said I was taking a domestic flight. Despite this, I was dropped off at the international terminal and had to wait 20 minutes for a shuttle bus to bring me to the correct terminal (terminal 1 is for international flights and terminal 3 is for domestic flights). Make sure you specify clearly which terminal you need to go to!

If you’re spending a short time in Yangon and need to be near the airport, this is a great spot. It’s just over five minutes to the airport. Comfy rooms and friendly staff. Great breakfast too. Not much in the way of places to visit or eat nearby, but that was expected given its proximity to the airport and away from downtown.

If you have an extended layover at the airport and don't want the hassle of city centre hotels (could be as much as an hour away depending on traffic) then this hotel will fit the bill. Friendly reception staff and comfortable rooms are all you need. All the usual bathroom "goodies" are there for the traveler with little luggage.and the rooms are very quiet. The breakfast spread was adequate in the top floor breakfast room with some local views. My only negative was the relatively high prices in the restaurant and alternative eating is a long walk away.

This is a typical old school Asian style business hotel. During our visit our room, the elevator, dining rooms and hallways were absolutely infested with mosquitos. It was actually better outside by the pool! Our room’s out- dated decor, high ceilings and industrial tile floor was not cozy or appealing. The food was so so, and breakfast buffet truly sub par. The staff were shy and awkward but tried their best.
