The staff are friendly and helpful, and our check in was easy. The rooms were spacious but in need of new decor. The bed was very hard. The location is good, close to the markets and downtown sights. I found the cigarette smoke coming through the air conditioning and construction noise annoying though.

Stayed 5 nights...tv was "being upgraded" for all 5. Wi-fi password kept changing. Hard bed, slow hot water and noisy renovations all day. The location is great tho...close to station, scott market, sakura tower and sule pagoda. Easy to get a cab out front.

I stayed 27&28 Feb 2016. It is located in the central area , Sule pagoda is walking distance. It is a budget hotel , as single room with double bed is 50/60$. Restaurant services good food - I liked the thai style. Staff are well behaved and smiling. I will obviously stay there if I ever go to Yangon.

The location is superb. The Scott market, a tourist haven, is only two minutes away. It is only a short walk to other touristic spots like the Independence monument and park. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The bathroom is big and clean. They serve wonderful breakfast both Continental and Asian. By the way KFC is next door on...

I stayed there during April 2015 for a few nights and kind of mix feeling. Check in is quite fast and ok. The first impression of the room is a bit hideous and bed is not so clean. The bathroom need to be special cleaning and renovation needed. Breakfast is very basic and terribly slow for refill. I enjoy local...

Stayed multiple nights on recent working visit to Yangon. Check-in was friendly and not too time consuming. Staff try and be helpful. Room & bath were reasonably clean but in need of a remodel. Wallpaper on wall on other side of shower had old mildew stains. Free internet worked OK but had regular drops and slow downs. Rooms were cleaned...

Our stay at the centrally located Centre Hotel was pleasant and comfortable overall for a mid-level (by western standards) hotel. The service was earnest and eager to please, the rooms were clean and spacious, we had a bathtub, not a shower, so no problem with flooding. The rooms could use some sprucing up and you may need earplugs if you...

This hotel is located right in the center of the city, which is an advantage if you have something to do there but a nightmare if you got a flight to catch during rush hour... The whole hotel is in need of a makeover, and certainly has great potential but as it is now, it is a bit overpriced for...

My first impression upon arriving in my room after midnight was the freezing cold. Someone had left the a/c going full blast, with the thermostat set to 5 degrees Celsius. I turned it off immediately but the room never really warmed up, it was so cold I couldn't even sleep that night. I left the a/c turned off the next...
