Stayed for a couple of days in the deluxe room. Room design is very cozy and modern. I could say that management has taken great effort to keep the rooms clean and sanitized. They even had hand sanitizers for their guests in public areas like elevator, toilets, gyms, etc. Gym machines are disinfected with sprays after each use.

Wifi signal is strong in all areas of the room and even outside on the hotel facilities. I had no complains during my stay.

Lastly, I would like to give compliments to the hotel staff. You could feel their sincerity and pride in providing hospitality services to their guests. From the manager, room cleaners, restaurant staff, security personnel, everyone you meet gives you a very genuine smile and tries their best to make you feel comfortable in your stay.

Highly recommended hotel and will definitely come back.

Every staff member I encountered had a pleasant vibe – greet you with smiles in their eyes, friendliness, and eagerness to help. The guards were respectful, front desk and managers were amicable and did their best to accommodate and cater to inquiries and requests. The restaurant staff - all of them – exudes a positive disposition and were professional in their interactions with guests. The room cleaners, especially Mr. Saw, was a delight! He politely asks to enter your room to clean, chats in a friendly but professional manner asking how my day was, etc. He even proudly showcased the disinfecting stuff/ procedures the hotel incorporates in their operation to keep guest safe. I am not sure about other hotels’ standards, but I can honestly say that the Accor All Safe standard is top level.

All things considered and given the trying situation, the hotel was even able to upgrade their breakfast buffet and include healthy options to their menu. It is much appreciated and a well-received gesture from the hotel management.

I love that you get both firm and fluffy (down) pillows on the bed. The bed itself feels luxurious – must be because of the special type of bed topper in use, which you don’t see that often in most hotels. Both of these, do make a lot of improvement for the quality of sleep.

Overall, great experience and definitely will recommend to everyone. Commendation to all management and staff. Thank you for making my stay safe, secure, and pleasant.

I spend half of my life in this hotel about 10 years now with my wife.
The only thing i can say is that the place is fantastic.
Rooms, facilities, restaurant, all is pleasure for eyes and eating!
Staff is really kind and always trying to do its best to satisfy you.
Last week we asked them to prepare the new ball room for the New Year party for our company staff, it was just amazing, for a very good price we get a room dressed as for a wedding ceremony and a special stage arranged for music and entertainment.
I want especially to thanks Kathy, Emely and Mr Ye Aung for what they do for us.
Please don t change nothing and continue like this!
Thanks again!
Thierry

This is the hotel where I have stayed comfortably for the past 70 days. I am grateful to the staff who helped me live without any inconvenience as it was my first time working in Yangon.
My day here starts with waking up in the morning and taking a warm shower. I turn on the hot water and wake up with warm water pouring down my entire body from the clean and spacious shower booth.
The hotel breakfast alternates between Western, Japanese, Chinese, and Myanmar food every day, and I was able to enjoy a delicious breakfast. I enjoy eating omelettes with cheese and vegetables. I really like it because I order it from the chef and it is made right away. One thing that is disappointing is that Korean food only has kimchi. Breakfast ends with a cup of warm Americano.
And then I go to work.
When I come home from work, the laundry I left in the morning has arrived ironed and in a well-organized room. In addition, the small plants I personally grow in my room are well managed so that they do not wither. I really like this and I am really grateful for the attention to detail provided by the staff managing my room.
I think eating well is really important when living abroad. Living for a long time makes it difficult to buy dinner every day. There is a kitchen here, and there are dishes, a microwave, a rice cooker, and a refrigerator. I prepare and eat a simple dinner myself without any burden.
Afterwards, finish the day with a workout at the hotel's gym and sleep in a comfortable bed.
On weekend afternoons, you can relax by the outdoor pool while drinking iced coffee, or enjoy afternoon tea at a discounted price at the hotel bar. I like that there is a pool and bar next to it.
I like that there is a pool and bar next to it.
I liked the friendly staff here, the service they provided, and the comfortable environment to stay in.
I will be returning home soon, but I will come back to Yangon soon and then I will stay here again.

Lastly I would like to thank Miz Augerster for helping me.

Our team have been staying in Mercure regularly for several months now. And as our previous stays, the service, hospitality, and cleanliness have been maintained to a high standard.

As it was the holiday season, we decided to spend both our Christmas dinner and New Year's Eve dinner here and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food served. For the amount we paid, we had a smorgasborg of lobster, seafood, lamb ouzi, and other delectable food. I really enjoyed the wine and drinks buffet included as well. I have to commend the management, staffs, and chefs for doing an excellent job catering to a full house as well.

I would also commend the efforts of Ms. Neszel and Benjie wo were able to help us reserve a table near the pool which added to the enjoyment of the evening. As usual, the executive chef, Bieber, Zin Ma, Mona, and other staffs were able to cater to ours' and the other guests' requests tirelessly and always with friendly smiles on their faces.

On behalf of our team, I would like to thank everyone for making our stay in Yangon pleasant, memorable, and comfortable all throughout. Be safe and we hope to visit again next time.

This is my first date with my 12 year old son and we spent the weekend together on 14th November 2020. We were offered early check in by around 10 am and late checkout by 3pm. As soon as, we arrived at the hotel, the reception team has been flagged about our booking. Smooth check in and the hotel was cozy and quiet. The breakfast was quite ok at the restaurant although there weren't much varieties ( due to COVID crisis is still going on). But the F&B services is quite impressive as well as room service. My son was very pleased with his orders and the qualities of the food. Room cleanliness was prefect and the room attendants are very attentive. The pool temperature was quite cold and need a bit of cleaning. However, overall of our stay was perfect and very pleasant. Thank you for the team of Reception, Housekeeping and F&B team.

There was the event at Mercure Hotel in March. Overall, the experience was excellent.
The staffs that I met were very friendly, patient and professional.
The F&B staffs, Min Khant, Kyaw Zaw and Pay May Chit were so helpful and always attendant with smile every time I reached out to them.
The Managers from the hotel, Emely and Raygal were so professional and always attendant to the clients' need at best.
The IT Team were there when there was any minor technical issues.
The security team were giving the best security service at it best to protect their guests.
The food was superb and the room arrangement was comfy.
If you are thinking to plan for the workshops/weddings or even for the family vacation spot to stay, MERCURE is highly recommended and the location is accessible and conveienent distance to downtown or airport.
