Beautiful teak-house, off the busiest streets, housing a very friendly and helpful family. Rustique, beautiful rooms (don't expect modern TV sets). As mentioned before, huge and delicious breakfast. Very helpful with storing luggage. Will stay here again.

We asked for a twin room in which we got a massive room with a single and queen bed, room is basic and spacious, steep stairs to climb to the room, bathroom seriously needs knocking down and redoing, this costing $35. We booked a tour to the Golden Rock with guest house which was brilliant, ask for Mr Tin, his...

We arrived here for our two last nights in Myanmar. After having traveled for four weeks low budget in Myanmar this was actually a very nice place to stay. It´s a bit more expensive as Mayfair Inn, or Okinawa guesthouse where we also stayed. But what i really likes about this place is that you get a really good breakfast...

Stayed here for one night in early February 2015 after arriving by car from Pyin U Lwin via Mandalay and heading onto Hpa-an the next day. Hotel was hard to find late in the evening with nobody even in surrounding streets knowing where the hotel is located, which was a bit frustrating. But after arriving, the friendly manager, along with...

...we stayed at a budget place round the corner and our friend stayed here so we came here a lot to meet. The staff were always so friendly to us and the rooms look lovely. The outside area is a nice place to relax and it's like being in your own home. We paid $30 a night for a shared...

Overall my stay was not so bad, as they provided me the services i was waiting for. First, DO NOT TRUST THE TRIP ADVISOR MAP. It's actually at the other side of the city. Took me 1hour to find it without internet. When i arrived, the owner was very nice and the staff also. When i saw the room i...

Sorry to say we weren't that impressed by The Three Seasons. Managing lady was unfriendly all 3 days we spent here and not willing to give any service including just a smile. After 3 weeks in Myanmar not what we were used to! 1st room had a really bad smell and both rooms we tried were noisy due to the...

We stayed here for a total of seven nights, on two separate stays. We started downstairs in one of the windowless rooms near the central family area and office. Whenever the phone rang or someone came to ask a question, we could hear it all clearly from our room. So after the first night, we moved upstairs to a room...

I moved here from another hotel nearby and was glad I did. The staff was friendly and accommodating (thanks, Shane). The A/C and fans worked well and the rooms were clean. In fact, when I was there they were in the process of cleaning the whole house top-to-bottom (a good sign to be sure). I slept well and in the...

Stayed for a night, the manager was not nice at all, very impatient and not welcoming at all. Do not dare to ask too many questions or ask for her help.... The room was specious and the breakfast very nice. Its ok for only one night.
