If you are looking a night stay for your transit, this is a good option as located 5 mins away from the airport. They provide you a free shuttle from and to the airport. A little pricy but with the location, clean room and the quietness, it is reasonable. There’s a restaurant within the hotel vicinity and the ATM machine at the hotel lobby. I wouldn’t mind to be back here again for my next long transit in Yangon. Worth to mention, the friendliness of the staff in the restaurant and the front desk.

Just a kilometre or so from the International terminal, this hotel is set in pleasant grounds and has a large outdoor swimming pool. A modern five-story building, it is clean and spacious with fantastic large rooms, shops, a smart restaurant and excellent service from the staff. There is a courtesy car which can promptly take guests to the airport (and pick them up if pre-arranged). The room rates are fantastic value.

Super close to the airport (1 km). Fee airport shuttle, nice big salt water pool, great WiFi. For the price (34 usd) this is absolutely fine. The hotel is old and not fancy at all. But if you just need to relax some hours or a night in connection with early flight I will fully recommend the hotel.

We stayed 4 days in this hotel. Punctual airport pick up, check-in, getting us to the room was perfect and smooth. Super friendly staff, amazingly kind owners. We got the colonial wing with a pool view on the second floor. Well kept rooms, quiet and clean. Quality mattress and pillows, soft bed linen. Breakfast was fine with various dishes and fresh fruits. Meticulously maintained fresh seawater swimming pool, the pool staff tended to keep it clean, there was a smoothie bar by the pool. The owner has built a meditation center and we witnessed how the staff uses the meditation center daily, very impressive. Just a 10 minutes walk to many restaurants if you do not want to eat at the hotel restaurant. We enjoyed the relaxing time of two days before we flew out of the country, to our amazement we were blessed with free of charge two total free days when the owner learned that we missed our flight. We have traveled to numerous countries this is the first time that an owner personally attended and showed kindness and hospitality of this caliber. Would recommend this place to anyone who comes in or goes out of Yangon. Unforgettable experience of kindness from the management and a very professional friendly staff. So many sitting areas under the trees by the pool and by the statue of Mother Mary. Well manicured lawn, I saw 100's of Koreans taking pictures as it was a beautiful location to take pictures! We would visit this place again & again!

This hotel is a waste of the money. The rooms have seen better times. It looks dirty and neglected. There is a balcony, but you can't use it. The smell outside is terrible because of the gutter and it even enters the room. Also we didn't get the room we paid for; no garden view, no seperate shower.

I chose this hotel due to its perfect location within walking distance of Yangon Airport and slap bang in the middle of the two main destinations on my trip. The free airport shuttle was a huge plus! The staff were so friendly, polite and helpful and could not do enough to assist you. Breakfast was included within the room price and offered something slightly different every morning. A great outdoor pool. It was really easy to get a taxi via Grab to travel to all attractions within Yangon. It was also simple to walk to the local convenience store for essentials. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. I would definitely stay again.

We arrived in Yangon late at night, and decided to stay near the airport (as we have young children). In hindsight, this was a good decision. The price includes an airport pick up, and it is literally 5 mins from the airport. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was ok. The swimming pool was nice. Would return if looking for a clean and good value 2 star hotel near Yangon airport.

I was invited there by some friends for dinner. The food was great. The place is located very conveniently not too far from the airport. I also love the swimming pool there, perfect to release the pressure. I totally recommend, especially if you come for business and need fast and efficient service.

The Myanmar Life Hotel free shuttle bus picked us up from Yangon airport on time. We stayed in a Myanmar Life Suite room on the first floor (most expensive rooms) which was surprisingly very good, clean and comfortable. The room was large, 42" flat screen with satellite channels in two rooms, shower and bath with separate bathroom and toilet, free tea, coffee and water. There is a restaurant onsite, but it was empty so we ordered our dinner over the phone and they brought it to our room at no extra charge. There is a lovely pool, you can cool off and relax as the area around the hotel is pretty remote. The staff were great, they were up at 3.30am to check us out and even provided a breakfast box, but don't get too excited about that. They only thing I didn't like was the women did all the work in terms of carrying guests' heavy luggage up and down flight of stairs, whilst the few men you did see, were lazing around or sleeping. I would stay here again and would recommend if you want a short trip to the airport to catch an early flight.
