I gave 3 stars coz they try but in reality is less than that.
Reception is helpful but a bit clumsy (got a wake-up call/door knock at 3am - never asked for it). No lift.

Great location. Supermarket down the road. Easy access to buses/taxies, pool table, cocktails are great, pool area is fantastic, food is pricey and alright, safe rooms, happy workers, felt like second home

Navara Restaurant and 5 Heads Cafe are also located at Coconut Palms Resort. 5 heads has a range of herbal teas and gluten free goods freshly baked daily.
