We were there in April and it was slow season; they upgraded us to suite and we had pool all to ourselves. A little off the beaten path, but most restaurants and activities pick you up directly at hotel. Would recommend and stay here again

We were happy here. The view we had was pretty good, and I think almost all the rooms would have an equal view. Don't let the location put you off. It is a little out of town, but we found that not a problem. When we walked, we got in to town in under 45 minutes, but a taxi is...

Hotel is nice but when you are on the 3rd floor with no elevator, it makes it difficult. Pool bar was not open. Appeared to be under renovation. I believe it has new management. Could not get the TV to work and the controller was in either Chinese or Japanese. Room was clean. Employees were nice and helpful. Restaurant service...

This rating applies to Americans and Europeans. If you are Chinese, then the rating would be "Average". Since last October (2014), the hotel has been managed BY Chinese FOR Chinese. English speaking people need not apply (that seems to be the attitude of the new management). The menu has brief titles in both English and Chinese, but everything else is...

I'd much rather put my enery in something more positive, but feel I have to warn people who have booked at this hotel. As regular travellers my husband and I like to get our things sorted well in advance to avoid unwelcome surprises, but then we counted outside of the new Cliffside Hotel owner... We came to this friendly but dark and run down hotel in the middle of the night. Bugs were dead on the bed and wallpaper coming off from the ceiling. In the morning we used the restaurant but it was out of two of the three breakfast meats and two of the three juices. The staff were kindly but the...

I booked the Cliffside hotel as a "day room" prior to the change in ownership of the hotel. Flights out of Palau depart at 1:45 AM making a room for the day and evening a necessity. The Cliffside was formerly affiliated with the Palau Pacific Resort. I booked the Cliffside with the intent of using the nearby PPR resort amenities....

I recently spent a night at the Cliffside before leaving on a dive trip & was expecting a nice but not fancy room. My room has large & clean but the paint was peeling and the air conditioner leaked so there was a wet spot on the floor. The air conditioner worked but you couldn't change the temperature up or...

We stayed one night at the Cliffside Hotel in Koror, Palau in preparation to spend a week on the Aggressor Fleet Tropic Dancer Liveaboard Dive Boat. The hotel is nice, but not fancy. Our cost was $197 per room which seems expensive, but was the best price available that we found in Koror that supported pickup by the Aggressor Fleet...

I recently stayed at the Cliffside Hotel in Koror, Palau. I was there alone for two days before I boarded a dive boat for a week. Staff is great. My room on the 4th floor was shabby but clean. AC in room was marginal. Hallway was extremely warm. Restaurant AC was out. Nice little bar open till 10:00 PM. The...
