We stayed at the Penthouse in Koror because we were arriving in the ealry hours ( 4am and after a long flight for the Uk via Seoul) we arranged a hotel pick - but no one from the Penthouse arrived to collect us!! This could have been a very stressfull start to our vacation, however a friendly driver from 'Fish...

Nice place to stay while diving in Palau. Friendly staff, clean rooms, no bugs, no noise. Restaurant ok for breakfast before diving. Downtown location good for walking to souvenir shops nearby. Slow internet, but I think that is true anywhere on Palau.

The workers are nice and friendly, especially Monique. When it was time for us to leave, they dropped us off at the airport in the early morning so we could catch our 2am flight. They have clean rooms. The hotel has a nice restaurant and bar. If requested, the chefs in their restaurant will cook food for you even if...

We stayed here and really enjoyed it. Staff was friendly, room was clean, wireless was available, nicely decorated, and it was very clean. I even got a haircut for five dollars at the salon in the lobby, although I would not give the haircut five stars. All in all we were pretty amazed at how good of a deal it...

Located on a back street parallel to the main street running through Koror. Rooms are tastefully and comfortably furnished. Restaurant serves a variety of local dishes - try the taro leaf soup! Wireless internet and PCs on each floor. NB - there is no elevator, and all the rooms are on the second floor or above.

English not fluently spoken here but there is as least some goodwill to help you out. Staff was particularly helpful in booking tours and car rental. Every question I mailed before arriving in Palau was answered promptly. Noise from the outside such as dogs barking at night , traffic and nearby roosters is annoying early morning. There is also a...

I travel a lot and stay in many hotels so always hesitate to give any hotel a maximum rating but I really enjoyed my stay at the Penthouse. With a rate of around US$80 per night this is not a luxury or resort hotel but rather a small family run hotel that ticks all the boxes especially for business travellers....

We stayed here for a week while in Palau and really liked the place. The price was very affordable at ~$80/nt in April 2010. The rooms were nothing fancy but definitely fine for us. They were clean, spacious, had A/C, cable TV, and private bathroom. The hotel has a restaurant with a bar on the first floor. The restaurant was...

The hotel is spot in the center of Koror. The hotel had coordinated the rental car for me as well as offered at a slightly reduced rate the ability to keep the room until midnight. I had confirmed both before I left. The hotel had coin laundry and a little bit of weight and cardio equipment (albeit in a room...

This hotel is excellent value. Rooms are enormous with everything you need - cable tv, free wireless internet, fridge and all the mod cons. The hotel has a laundry, kitchenette and gym. Being in the centre of town, the hotel is a short walk to most restaurants. If you go on a tour, the tour companies pick you up from...
