We stayed at the PPR for almost 10 days on a family holiday with a young child (7) in tow. The PPR is so seamlessly lovely and gracious that I didn't really notice how nice it was until I stopped to think. The service all happens around you; staff take you to your table at the buffet, they know your... More

Rooms are outdated with no curtains and with the roasters walking at the step of your door sleeping was poor. For breakfast everything is removed at 9H30 so it is hard when you arrived at 3am with the night flight. Some rooms have two queen beds which is good for families. Bathrooms are moderns and nicely decorated. Beachfront is very... More

We stayed at this resort for a few nights on both sides of a kayaking/camping trip in the Rock Islands. The first few nights we stayed in room 612, which had a garden view and seemed to be a bit on the old/dingy side. When we returned, we stayed in room 1124, which has a gorgeous ocean view and is... I stayed there for 2 weeks in November. The rooms were very comfortable, the grounds amazing, nice beach, great pool and the staff very friendly and helpful. Downsides - pricey, out of the way (might be a bonus if you plan on staying ensconced) and the restaurant was way over priced and under staffed. Since I went there to dive,... More

Overall, I enjoyed our stay at this resort very much. - Nice, clean room. - Friendly staff members who bring you chocolates every day. - Free wi-fi was slow and unstable, but that's a problem with the country rather than this hotel itself. - Restaurants were rather pricey, but the food's quality was fine. - Has a good beach suitable... Room I stayed in a garden view room, mine was facing the pond, on the 1/F with a balcony for 6 nights. Rooms on G/F could have direct access to the garden which I prefer more. The room was a bit small but the bathroom was in good size. Free but very slow WiFi. Every night a piece of chocolate... More

At the end of a liveaboard trip, I spent a sunday in PPR enjoying the facilities. Having spent a few days at Sea Passion before going on the liveaboard I must say that PPR is the superior resort. The beach is huge, there is tons of activities, the setting is perfect and a postcard version of a tropical resort and... More

Our family of 4 stayed at PPR both sides of a liveaboard dive trip to Palau recently. We chose the resort because of the reviews (mainly positive) and the fact that it had a snorkelling beach and could accomodate the our 2 daughters (13 and 10) with us in one room. The PPR is considered expensive and I must admit... More

I was told this was the best in Palau...but that's not ALL that great. They were totally wrong. It IS all that great! Room was lovely and missing nothing (and first time I can say that the toilet was one of the features--that Toto was a hoot!). The bath had so many cosmetics, I could have left my toiletries bag... This issue here is just price. Everything should be over the top perfect, and it's just very, very good. At hundred bucks or so less it would be a more reasonable value. Many consider this the best resort facility in Palau, and I would not disagree. Compared to similarly priced resorts in Phuket or Bali, however, it doesn't measure up.... More
