We stayed at the Carolines in January 2015 for a dive vacation. We brought our 2-year old with us and the dive company we used provided babysitting services. We loved that the resort felt removed from the touristy action at other hotels in Koror. We had the private bungalow at the top of the hill, and it was so beautiful...

My husband and I spent one night at the Aliiibamou Resorts after the scuba diving portion of our trip to Palau in October of this year. My husband had a diving related accident and couldn't walk or even put any weight on his badly injured left leg at the time of our arrival at the resort. In addition, we had...

We really enjoyed our stay there. The bedroom is spacious, the staff is friendly, the breakfast on the balcony just fantastic. The TV might not be the newest and the bathroom needs an update, but is was clean and you just cannot beat the view. Please note, like many other good hotels/resorts in Palau, this resort is not at the...

Several traditional "bais" (lodges), access on a steep path (transport can be done by small cart from the reception), accommodation is medium but comfortable (all lodges are being renovated now). Breakfast is good and largely appreciated on the balcony. The staff is extremely friendly and eager to offert their best...

Could not have asked for a more serene place to stay. The bungelows are truly fantastic. Waking up to the amazing view and having freshly made breakfast with local fruits of your choice delivered every morning was so dreamy. Shout out to the staff who made us feel at home, thank you for your hard work and time! This experience...

My wife and I stayed for four nights in early March prior to a live aboard diving trip. Overall it was a very good experience and the view from our cabin (#8 last one up the hill) was hard to be beat. There is no restaurant at the property but there is limited room service which is delivered by golf...

Just back from a stay at Caroline's. We stayed in Room 1 but it was still a very steep climb up the road and then 24 stairs to our room. So glad we weren't in room 8! Although the views are better, the climb would have been a killer. We found the room to be very dark and dingy -...

Carolines was in a lovely secluded setting surrounded by large trees on a hill overlooking the ocean; our comfortable and spacious traditional bungalow had a great deck on which to watch the sunsets and enjoy great breakfasts. We enjoyed the Palauan ambiance. We slept very well here as the bed was fine and the AC worked. It was very quiet....

We stayed at the Aliiibamou/Carolines for 3 nights at the beginning of our 3 week trip to Palau. Our plane was late getting in yet the shuttle was waiting and ready for us upon arrival. The small resort consisting of 8 bungalows built along a steep hillside was surrounded by beautiful foliage and trees, shaded, quiet and away from the...
