The individual rooms are primitive, and I mean that in a good way. Nothing fancy-this is not a "chain hotel", but very comfortable. Lots of wood, nestled in the surrounding nature with stunning views of the Rock Islands. Each room has a balcony where your individually ordered breakfast will be delivered each morning. There is no restaurant at the hotel,...

As a luxury travel writer for world-adventurer.com I've stayed in many boutiques in the Pacific and Aliiibamou Resorts is a refreshing retreat from the hustle of downtown Koror. Here's what's special about the stay. - Views, views, views. From the top of the mountain, you have stunning views over the ocean and islands, not to mention the sunsets :) -...

Nicest resort I have stayed at. Private bungalows with fantastic views of the lagoon. All bungalows face west offering the opportunity for fantastic sunsets. The room service breakfast is FANTASTIC. The server arrives at your room exactly at the designated time. My wife and I were diving, and needed breakfast at 7AM so we could meet the shuttle to the...

The perceived value of a hotel is a very subject topic as we all have a different expectation prior to check-in. Having been top-tier status with Hyatt, Hilton and Marriott for years, for our get away to Palau we are looking for something a bit different, perhaps a boutique resort situated in a more seclusive setting yet still located close...

Wonderful and unique! We loved our comfortable bungalow in the jungle. The hotel is set on top of a quiet hill away from the bustle of the main streets of Koror. Having breakfast every morning on our balcony while enjoying the most beautiful views was so special. The entire staff was so kind, friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Beautiful hilltop bungalows in the jungle, far away from the noise of the town and roads. When you approach there's a steep and narrow drive through the trees that comes out of nowhere, doesn't even look like a hotel is there, not presumptuous, very low key. You ascend this long narrow uphill drive and emerge into a clearing where you...

Stayed 4 nights. On the first night checked in around 2 am in the morning - but they were good enough to let us check out 6pm on the last day due to our flight departing at 9pm. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Very family oriented. Carmen and Roberto were a delight to deal with. There are no pools/restaurants...

We had a lovely time, spending 5 nights at Aliiibamou after a liveaboard dive trip. We stayed in Bungalow 2 which had been completely updated. All of the woodwork was redone or replaced, the bathroom was brand new - everything was very nice! We loved breakfast on our balcony. It arrived exactly as ordered at precisely the time we ordered...

Loves staying at carolines! Will definitely stay there on my next trip. It is a few minute drive further away from the main town, but totally worth it. Private cabins overlook a 180 degree view of scenic Palau and the ocean. The room was very spacious with comfortable beds, nice patio, and well stocked mini bar and snacks. They bring...
