Casa Medina is an historic building in Bogota. Given to Four Seasons to run, the place as architectural and decoration is really beautiful. It has one problem, the rooms have no isolation so there is plenty of noise everywhere. Air conditioning is not possible since it will destroy the aesthetics of the building so you have to open the windows...

Nothing is too much trouble for the staff - they want you to enjoy your stay. The bar area was always cold as the external door was open which meant the Castinoyes restaurant was also cold (for breakfast and dinner). The spa is very good but the gym is small. Great location for all the restaurants.

I stayed here 12 nights for business. I will say it's a beautiful hotel. Great location with restaurants all within walking distance. Big rooms, terrific front desk service. Breakfast was included in our great price, and the food was great. The two negatives: I had to ask for bottled water. The maid was okay initially, then started to decrease the...

Bogota being dead on week days past 9 Oclock, it is nice to be in one of the most dynamic areas for restaurants. The hotel is boutique style. I used a Grand Premier room, plenty of space. The service was great and the food was satisfactory. I loved the contrast between the atmosphere and its surrounding. Definitely feels like you...

Ok Folks--I'm back... finally. You'all miss me? After 15 months traveling around, I'm back with some great stuff to report. We stayed at the The Four Seasons Hotel for three (3) nights in Bogota this past week. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed. The beds are comfy, comfy, comfy. My room was a Junior Suite, furnished with almost...

This is a lovely hotel in a very safe area of Bogota, full of small restaurants and easy to walk around. The hotel seems to have been renovated and is beautiful, with an interior garden where you can sit and have a drink in a peaceful setting. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed. Staff is friendly and polite....

An excellent hotel, and very good room. Great breakfast, lovely people, very comfortable. Best location on Bogota in Zone G for gastronomy. Many excellent sophisticated restaurants in easy walking distance. A busy city, traffic difficult in rush hours, but otherwise a great place to visit.

I was there with my husband for three days on our way to Cartagena. I am a seasoned traveler and already stayed in several Four Seasons, and chose Casa Medina because of the brand. It was very disappointing. Concierge services are not up to a five stars hotel. The indications of restaurants were horrible -- which surprised me given the...

It's a Four Seasons hotel, so I don't need to say much more. The service is impeccable. Everything that we needed was immediately provided and they helped us to find a driver to take us through the city and to the Salt Cathedral, which is 1 hour away from Bogota. The room is very spacious and has a lot of...

This is a heritage property -Casa Medina- reconfigured very effectively into a modern, finely appointed hotel with a great patio brunch area and proximity to a number of interesting period churches and quality restaurants nearby. Within a couple of blocks of superb graffiti art walls and buildings and, on Sundays, the street in front of the hotel is transformed into...
