The hostel is nice, well located and cheap. Unfortunately: - there was no hot water during the two days that we stayed there, we could only take super cold shower; - the manager is rude and will not help you with anything;

We stayed 2 nights here and then moved to another hostel in Bogota because it was so bad. The mattress and pillows were covered in plastic making the bed really uncomfortable. There were cobwebs in the bathroom and dust in the room. The room smelled very musty! The shower was cold and the hostel was very noisy. All the rooms...

1. We reserved a double room with private bathroom for 2 nights and arrived at about 8.30pm from the airport to be told we could only have a double room with shared bathroom as the other room was taken and booked over a week ago (highlighting their mismanagement or intentional use of double booking) 2. The rooms are all very...

Stayed here for six days. Location is great and very convenient. Room was adequate though backed into reception and the dining area. It was at times noisey with staff chattering and music playing. Found staff pleasant but off hand. Breakfast included is what it is, not much. Again great location, average facilities.

Great location and cheap price but the breakfast was really not good so we ended up going out to have one. The beds are ok in the dorm but wrapped with plastic so noisy..there's only 2 showers and they are not cleaned everyday. Staff was rude and told them to let our backpacks in the bathroom area for the day...

It was our first hostel in South America and it's suprised us how clean it was. The hostel is located just next to Plaza del Chorro de Quevedo in the heart of La Candelaria. Price was 20,000 COP per night in dorm, including breakfast, hot shower all day, towels, free wifi, free coffee all day and kitchen. They even make...

We recently stayed here for one night with a bunch of issues. 1) We reserved a two-bed private room online (with a deposit) but showed up to that room being used. We got a single bed private room, which was fine, but the overbooking principle is not a great business plan. 2) The room we were given had been painted...

Hostal La Quinta has a perfect location in Bogotá, only a 5 minute walk from two of the main bus lines through the city. It's perfectly set next to a bohemian square where people of all ages gather for theatrical performances almost every night. The hostel itself has nice bunk beds, although a bit shaky on the upper berth. There's...

The hostel is located just 100m away from "El Chorro de Quevedo" -a meeting point for youth and tenagers for drinking- and just 10 minutes from the Museo del Oro. Staff is friendly and the rooms are ok. Very good value.

My husband and I reserved a room at this nice little hostel online. We liked the location and the way it looked. When arriving we were shocked to find out that they had no available rooms! Later we understood that overbooking is a standerd thing that often happens. They planned to transfer us to their hotel. The least we expected...
