The hotel has an excellent localization. Wifi works fine and staff is helpful. However they overcharge guests. I wanted to stay just some more hours in the hotel until it was time for my bus, however there was no option to pay just half day and I ended up having to pay another night just for some hours, I don't...

The hostel Maya Inn is a very cheap hostel, centrally located. We paid ~20€ for a twin room. The receptionist was very friendly and ordered us a taxi for the next day to get to the bus terminal. Also he gave us a good advice for a restaurant nearby. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Especially the...

Well located right at the Witches Market. Very old, run-down hostel though. Dark and dated. Shared bathroom was not very clean and the shower tap had insulating tap hanging off it. Breakfast was very basic and limited. WiFi really unreliable. Reception staff not very helpful or friendly. Definitely better hostels around.

The room was dirty, sheets threadbare, numerous tears and stained, blankets & pillows falling apart and heavily stained, holes in walls, plaster peeling from walls, bathroom dirty, taps & toilet leaking and loose tiles. I arrived after midnight, slept in my clothes and left early morning without even unpacking my suitcase. Staff were not interested when I cancelled my 3...

Cheap price for a single room. Very central location. Hotel is simple and a bit old looking. I had no hot water in the shower. Small breakfast with just a little bit of bread and some bananas. Not a fancy place but OK the money I payed. Helpful staff.

The hotel needs a makeover the room was dark, dirty and dingy. The hot water pathetic as well as numerous faults within the room- tap covered in plastic tape, broken towel rail, towels threadbare and light switch hanging off the ceiling. The room was freezing no heating. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else.

The hostal has a great central location near the Plaza San Francisco. It also has a "great" location right next to a Dinner & Cultural Show joint that blasted "authentic" Andean music until 11 PM. Each night I sat in my windowless room, in which one of eight outlets actually worked, hoping to find some sleep. Sometimes that happened before...

Great location with and quiet and relaxed vibe. Stayed here for 8 nights and switched rooms a couple times. One of them had no windows which was not the best, but the other two rooms were bright, clean and had cable TV. Breakfast is average but free. The people the the reception are friendly and speak English. Wifi can be...

Little bit overpriced. But rooms are clean. They clean the bathrooms every day. Water is hot. Breakfast is basic but ok. One bread is not so much. It was not possible to open a window. Location in the old city is super. Wifi is only in main areas, not in the room.

Good location near restaurants and artisan shops. The hostel has a lift which means no lugging your luggage up several flights of stairs! Beds were comfy and there was a lovely view of the city. Hot water wasn't too bad, the bathroom floor got absolutely soaked though, and didn't dry overnight. Basic breakfast supplied. Wifi was sketchy but I think...
