Stayed 5 nights, booking a standard room with queen bed. The pillows were awful, cheap and flat. The room itself is large and has tile floors. Housekeeping is the bright spot at this hotel, as they are very thorough and our room very clean!! The hall is tiled and could be noisy however we asked for a quiet room and...

The hotel is fairly new. It has as modern design and everything is in good condition. The hotel is centrally located, close to the beach and the bus station. However, if you want to go to "La Barra" expect to pay at least $30 for a Cab ride. What I would have to emphasize is the fact that the hotel...

I was at Sisai hotel from December 6-23, 2016. This hotel is 6 years old, very modern, small, all-white boutique hotel, with a very nice backyard with infinity pool and bar. The room accomodations are, however, just OK. The hotel itself is a 4 star level, but the rooms are 3 star quality. I had the luxury to be on...

The hotel seems to be new. It is a fancy place to be. My critical was one day the hotel was full and breakfast service was terrible. A complete mess and considering that they claim themselves as a Boutique hotel this is not OK.

unfortunately we arrived in a rainy season. People that work at sisai really nice and 24 h lobby. price range was a little over priced, although the rooms where clean, i believe we could have had a better hotel with different ameneties for the price. nonetheless, is close to their main shopping mall, a quick drive to the beach, the...

We knew that check in time was 3pm but were hopeful after a long drive that upon arrival at 1pm there might have been some flexibility in letting us in a couple of hours earlier especially if the room was available. However we were confronted with the rule book, check in was at 3pm and not a minute before and...

The hotel is clean and nice, but not worth the price. The service is good as in most hotels for that price. The swimming pool is small and encased in a very humid space. SPA area is tinny next to the pool. Parking in basement is very tight. They provided gluten-free tarts and pastries for breakfast upon request. The restaurant...

Staying there as two couples with a baby, the hotel was perfect with rooms facing the pool and the garden. The beach is not "near" (15 minutes walking), but the hotel offers a good underground parking so that the car is in the shade and can be used to commute to the beach nearby. We had a swim every morning...
