We had the fortune to stay for the very first time in this unrivaled icon of the Middle East. Now, even better is on the hands of one of the leading hospitality brands, Mandarin Oriental. Our five senses were delighted here with an uncountable details and little experiences from the beginning of the journey until the end. There is attention of detail in every corner of the property and its strong sense of place are great but the care and hospitality of some colleagues there are what makes this place great. Thanks to Natalia , Guest Relations Manager who extended an extremely well rounded stay, looking after us, even before we arrived, was great to meet her in person when we arrived. She looked after us with an outstanding dedication and luxury professionalism. My son cannot wait to come back, the amenities and the attention that he had , was amazing. My wife was pampered with very thoughtful amenities during her birthday. We decided as well to have dinner in Talea, we wanted a casual yet refined dinner as my son , 3 years old , likes pizza and pasta, like most of the kids :) at the end he fell asleep, the team there was very accommodating and made him feel comfortable. While he was dreaming, my wife and I had a very romantic and tasty dinner, the ambience is intimate and contemporary, the service during the dinner from Leila was remarkable. Breakfast in Vendome its very enjoyable. The service and food selection is up to the expectations of the Emirates Palace, you expect to eat as a king. Most of the hotels had the "opportunity" to reduce selection of food due to "COVID" and some of them still using this justification when Vendome is clearly not compromising the guest expectations with a lavish and generous range of food and beverages items available for the guests, needless to say that you feel safe as COVID measures still in place but this does not affect our experience at all. Great job from Mandarin Oriental taking this place into a different level!

Hotel's Favourite
Where do I begin? What an amazing hotel! From the drive into the hotel, to view of this beautiful hotel it is stunning. We arrived early and no way did we expect an early check in or at least the usual comments you get from hotels of “sorry you are too early …..” they simple made no fuss, they searched the system to see if they could check us in and they did. They didn’t even mention it to us and made us feel welcome straight away. We were then taking around the hotel straight away and shown the essentials which made us feel comfortable with our surroundings. Every passing staff member smiling and welcoming us making us feel even more comfortable. The level of services and the people really make this hotel what it is because you can just book in for a tour if you want to see the hotel but you will never get the full experiences unless you stay purely based on not being able to have the time with the staff in the hotel. The rooms and the hotel always spotless, staff really care about the facilities with housekeeping always ready to come and make up your room. They would always come at your convenience and nothing was ever to big or small for them. If I could name every single person we had spoken too I would, everyone was amazing. From the first day of breakfast to the last it was the same experience the staff don’t just give you an amazing experience one day its every day. From always being greeted by a warm welcome from Felise who has a real talent for making guest feel relaxed, then having staff like Simon. Simon would really get to know you and always go above and beyond, he would help you feel so comfortable giving you exactly what you wanted each day without you even having to ask, he really cared about all his guest. One of the hundred encounters we had of excellent services would be our smoothies and coffees which were always ready for us before we have even ordered. The breakfast itself was always so fresh with lots of healthy and sweet options and a fresh juice bar offering smoothies juices. I could go on and on about the breakfast and the team at Vendome! We was touched when we had been given a card from the team on our last day and we really felt like we made lifelong memories with some amazing people. The Gym, all the essentials you need they even have a gym timetable for classes if you want to do that. We didn’t do any classes but used the gym which again was always spotless with towels and waters always ready for us. The pool, the most important place. The hotel has two pools East side, West side and a beautiful beach so you have many options to relax. West side had more families and kids as it has a wonderful slide and a mini water park which is a kids dream. Although it had kid’s facilities it never felt overwhelming as it’s so big and always kept clean. We always stayed by the East pool as it had a bar in the pool, outdoor jacuzzi and was quite with more adults. The pools are so big with space so it never feels busy, you would think that’s all you need sounds great, but the best part of this pool area is the staff and all I can say is WOW. Firstly, the level of service is of a very high standard, Priyanath would have our beds ready each day with towels and cold water before we even arrived after one day of seeing us he knew what we wanted. My wife is pregnant and was nervous about being by the pool but Priyanath would have umbrellas and extra cold towels ready for her without her even saying anything. Then we have faroque who really deserves a special mention, he was so attentive, we used to be thinking we feel hungry or thirsty and he’d already be by our side ready and offering us food and drink options. He really knew how to make a guest feel special. He would be running around for everyone doing the same thing and his standards never dropped. Concierge team is another important part of this hotel, Ajit was extremely helpful he not only suggested and booked us dinners, but he went the extra mile and helped us with our PCR test and Alhons App which he could see was a bit stressful for us as it wasn’t working. His cool calm nature would always offer a solution and his level of knowledge was great. Morrice who was also in this team was another person who amazed us, not only did he always have taxi’s ready for us helping with bags etc, he went above and beyond. Example of this was, we had to go get PCR test done before 11pm and we had only 10 minuets to get to the area which the drive took 20 minuets, he got us a taxi and was personally calling the PCR team to tell them we are coming and if they could wait which they did. He was also calling our taxi driver to check we was ok the whole journey. He even waited for us by the doors of the hotel when we arrived back to check if we had everything sorted. Every restaurant was delicious our personal favourite was the BBQ on the beach as the setting and again service was outstanding. My wife was cold one night and they brought her extra blankets and even a hat. The team in this hotel really left us with a beautiful memory which we will never forget. We checked out with a heavy heart and went to Dubai for a four-day trip. We arrived in Dubai and missed the Palace and the team so much. The Palace is so relaxed and not busy as it’s so big and we really missed that. This is how much we loved and missed Emirates palace we drove back after staying one day in Dubai! This just proves to you how much we loved our time here! We left and came back! We cannot wait to come back and ever since we have come back we have been recommended to all our family and friends. 10/10

We have spent a wonderful time at Emirates Palace. Everything was just perfection. But the literally best service provided our butler: BAI THONG. She was just outstanding. So attentive and professional I have never seen! Thanks so much dear Bai Tong for everything you did for us. Your birthday preparations for us were just excellent and we will forever remember these special days. Furthermore I would like to thank Karim (from Morocco), Amul (pool & beach), Charles( pool & beach), Jeet (FO), Rita (Vendome), Ciara (Butlers), Kaisah ( sorry for wrong spelling, Vendome) and William (security front door). All of you contributed that our stay at the EP was just magic. It felt really great to be back for the 3rd time. The EP will forever stay my favorite hotel. The service you are getting there you will never get anywhere else. It’s the best place to just relax and enjoy luxury. See you soon and once again thanks! NB

For the 6th time... Always the best service. In the past we have been to Emirates Palace 5 times when it was being managed by Kempenski. It was always outstanding. This was our 6th time for our daughters birthday and I was a little worried of the palace being under new management of Mandarin Oriental. But I must say we have been pleasantly surprised by the service and the upgrade to the hotel. Special thanks to Ciara Hannon, she managed all our requests 24 hours a day. She also made our stay very comfortable and made my daughters celebration special. All the other teams at the hotel have also been outstanding and we can't wait to be here again next time. Thank you again for making it memorable.

My Aunt and cousins went fo visit Emirates Palace Hotel yesterday July 31 2022 because my other cousin is going back to Philippines and so we roam around this prestigous Hotel everyone is so friendly and accomodating except the security in the Dome that is rudely telling the guest to stay back to the pianist.. well he could have told it nicely though🤷🏼‍♀️ Anyways, we dine in the Le Cafe that is basically now in the DOME area because they said the old area where it was before was under renovation but, still the sofa area in the DOME was still sophisticated and posh.. so we ordered some milkshakes, cakes and coffees and i wanna thank Ms. Pyu, Ms. Maya and Ms. Annalyn and the rest of Le Cafe Staff they were very friendly, assistive and accomodating and we all had a good time👌🏼 and also to Mahlem who gave us a wonderful Bedouin Experience outside the Palace near the beach and my cousins Got the chance ro ride a camel..🐪 Thank you so much Emirates Palace we had a great time yesterday and we are looking foreard to our next visit💋

We stayed here for a weekend to celebrate birthday of my wife. The property is luxurious and services are personalized and outstanding. The check in process with Vivian was pleasant and personalized. She gave a tour of the property & escorted us to our room. Later in the evening we had surprise birthday celebrations with a special cake, chilled drinks, baloons brought in by the butler Mr Prsanna, who made the occasion even more memorable. The dinner at the Italian restaurant, TALEA by Micheline Star Chef Antonio Guida, was an icing on the cake. The breakfast at Vendome was sumptuous and had an excellent variety with lot of healthy options. One thing we both noticed was that hotel is guest friendly with emphasis all along on guest comfort & guest relations. All along our stay gave us a royal feeling aptly so staying in Emirates Palace. Already planning for the next staycation.

Incredible hotel to visit, have a cup of their speciality coffee and enjoy the atmosphere. Would have been amazing to have read about the building, it's architecture details and history at the cafe for example but ended up Googling to find out more.
