I spend 5 nights in Abu Dhabi and I'm fully satisfied with the staff's service. I checked in late but owing to the help of Ms. Jenee and Tashila, my family could check in without any difficulties. Thank you Jeene and Tashila!
I've stayed in many Hilton's globally and indeed many five star hotels in the region and this was a real disappointment.
- Rude staff who are like robots and are not empowered to make badic decisions

The hotel is right on the Corniche but across the street from the sea so your view will be of the sea and the street. Further FYI, it is a short walk in a tunnel under the street to their private beach

This hotel is labelled as a 5star, but compared across the area I would say this is a 4 to 4.5 star hotel, it was good for us, as they catered for disable people, there was no smell in our room at all, very nice and pleasant staff, the beach is semi-private in that people have to pay to come into the area and it is well staffed. Yes the beach is across the road, but you can get to it via the under-pass.
Unlike Dubai the food is choice is limited but then we are spoilt by have lots of choices when staying in other hotels in the region. I hope this helps, please note my daughter and wife use to push my wheelchair from the hotel to the beach and we collectively felt this was not much of an issue.
