I booked 2 nights there. When I arrived in the hotel, at 3am, the receptionist told me there was no room available in this hotel. They called a car that left me in another hotel from the same company. TERRIBLE. They gave me a smoked room, very dirty and with poor amenities. In the next day I asked to check...

Hi - My friend and I booked 2 rooms for nights in this hotel based on the picture you see here and a 5.6 rating and good reviews on Booking.com. The short story is that this company has the flagship hotel shown here, but also 2 other hotels of the same name which are essentially "cash cows". You book the...

I was the first of a large group of travellers to arrive at this hotel at the weekend arranged by a tour group. The room I was shown to was tiny with no proper facilities and disgustingly dirty with smeared walls. I am reluctant to guess what ad caused the smears. When I said I would not stay there I...

There are only few positive things here. Wifi works well, bed is comfortable. Location near the souk. For the rest a poor old room (see pictures), breakfast quite desolating no fresh milk (only uht), no complimentary bottle of water except first night. No minibar. Maybe budget is low but I am sure it is better to spend 10 euro more...

Stayed for 3 nights, during Eid Al Adha, alone. It is more of a Inn type. I was housed in a room with a huge bed on such small room. Fair Furniture, walls are seems dirty – painting from the floor skirting’s is flaking. Bathroom towels are very old, a rug-like with dirty spots. Shower bath floor corners are dark,...

You get what you pay for. While hotel is reasonably close to souq watif area the street the hotel is in is dreadful with several major building sites & a rough road. However when we arrived at 7am the staff were very helpful in getting us an early room & allowing us to have breakfast. We were also upgraded to...

My wife and stayed at La Villa for 5 hrs during a flight-stopover in Doha. Overall, it served its purpose and was ok. The room was clean, and staff was friendly. The reservation process and feedback as to taxi arrangements could have been better, but things worked out well eventually. Reception staff as well as hotel workers were welcoming, humble,...

Staff members gave me a warm welcome coming in after midnight. They alerted me in a timely manner on messages that had been sent to me through the hotel and were satisfactory. It is a good value for the expensive city of Doha, but requires a considerable walk in the hot temperature to attractions like the Souqs. It is away...

The hotel staffs are very accomodating and friendly. The rooms are fine. The buffets are excellent. There are constructions around the hotel building. It looks like the vicinity was flatten by a war. If you're looking for a budget hotel with free WiFi in the downtown area, this hotel is for you.
