dirty, rude staff, noisy,... the worst hotel i've ever seen. Breakfast room was full of uncleaned tables and, when asking for a clean one, they just moved aside the dirty plates from other customer and invited you to take a seat. Between different rooms there was door, which one of the both rooms had the key. obvioulsy they could get...

it was my first visit to lebanon.so,sure is not compare to dubai servise,but it was nice,nd frendly.it was my home wole month. i ll be back there wt pleasure this summer,but price is not same year ago.so, better 4 me take apartments jast oposite this hotel,is really strange why is hotel price so hi level now.

While this hotel does look a bit shabby from the outside, it's actually quite nice. The rooms are pretty good with a fridge, TV and air conditioning. The carpets aren't too clean, but it's not like you're sleeping on the floor. This isn't a hotel that will impress the avid traveler. This hotel is great if you're on a budget...

This is 5 star hotel which locatted in the centre of hamra,beirut. 10 minute away from the airport and 5 minute away from the lovley worm beach.this is respectfull and Professional hotel.its peacefull area to live in. i stayed in this hotel for 6days and i enjoyed it. and im Definitely going back again next year.
