Hotel has deteriorated over the years. Bathrooms need to be upgraded. Broken toilet seats & mold in bathrooms. Reception staff very unprofessional & do not treat guests with respect. All staff need lessons in ettiquette. Cleaning staff spend too much time gossiping instead of cleaning. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to solo travellers. Too many kids making hotel into a...

A wonderful place to be, while you are in Beirut, Lebanon. Centrally located, the Royal Hotel gives you access to all the important places of the Beirut Area. A beautiful view of the sea with its soothing breeze. The Hotel provides you with a nice balcony to enjoy the natural environment. Don't Miss it!

It was a short trip with Egyptian friend, hotel location is very good, near Barbar restaurant and Hamra street, a bit noisy location but it is acceptable, higher floors look better, good for people on budget.
