The accommodation is situated near to the French Embassy in Sodeco. The apartment was spacious, clean and had a balcony. The supermarket on the ground floor and cake shop across the road were handy. There's not really any front desk service but it's a good alternative to other more expensive hotels in the area.

This place is on point, the apartments / rooms are clean and spacious. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and most importantly the hotel location is perfect. Walking distance from everywhere yet still not in the busy and loud streets of Mar and Gemeyzeh!

Great location, nearby downtown ,achrafieh, highway to north, to Hazmieh, to most common or touristic places. Some issues with the bed, but team was very helpful they fix it same day. Cleaning was not bad, but the area were dusty, so even if you clean after 5 min again you can see dust. Supermarket down the building is great idea...

We stayed at The Living on Damascus Road for 2,5 months. It's one of the very few hotels that came to be home away from home, and we would love to go back one day. Everything was great; very clean, excellent location, great service. Special thanks to Nicolas for his great spirits, hospitality and the willingness to always help. We...

Nice, spacious apartment, with very comfortable bed. The bathroom was a bit small, but it was all new, fresh and clean. Its in Sodeco, so its central, and short to most destinations in Beirut. Quiet area, which can be hard to find in Beirut.

Friendly and helpful staff, great location and very good prices. Major red flag : not clean enough. Checked in just to see smears and dirt in the bathroom, closets still smelling like the last dude, telephone handles dirty, dust in the corners. Curtains and cushions don't smell fresh, microwave filled with food splashes, fridge poorly or not cleaned as well....

“I mentioned in my review: I got a free upgrade to a single-bedroom suite (seems to happen for almost every visitor when available). ... We stayed there for two non-consecutive nights (Tuesday and Friday nights). When we arrived at the hotel on Friday, they were keeping for us the same room (upgraded suit) we stayed in during our previous visit (Tuesday) .. it was like returning back home... Is that a clear enough hint ??? :)”
